The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Little House

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan

Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a room. You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, living room and a toilet with shower It is possible to pay for final cleaning, which costs DKK 250 or EUR 33, there is information about payment in the house.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
