Our small basement apartment is ready for you to spend a few wonderful days in and around Augsburg :) Our house and the apartment to be booked are located right next to the beautiful little town of Friedberg and close (10 km) to the center of Augsburg and Park and Ride (4.7 km). The park-like garden invites you to linger, ride the zip line, barbecue, sunbathe and swim at the house's own docks, and is also a place to relax and take a breather in autumn/winter. There is a bathroom, kitchen, 140 cm bed for sleeping, sofa bed and baby cots. Unfortunately, you cannot park directly at the property but 100 meters before on the right on the street.
