The house is an absolute dream – from the furnishings to the ambience to the loving details, everything is designed with a lot of heart. Everything you need is there – and much more! We were particularly enthusiastic about the sauna and the hot tub, both in perfect condition and ideal for relaxing. More detailed instructions for heating the pool would have been helpful, but did not affect the enjoyment. The quiet location ensures real relaxation, the ambiance invites you to unwind. You can see the attention to detail, from the soft towels to the stylish bathrobes. The host was very friendly, the communication pleasant – a little faster responses would be nice, but that's a high-level complaint. A small suggestion for improvement: a charging option for electric cars would be great today. Overall, an all-round successful weekend that we would like to repeat. Please continue exactly like this!

I rented the apartment for two months and felt at home from day one. The amenities are thoughtful, everything was absolutely clean, cozy and exactly as described - if not better. The location is quiet yet central, ideal for working and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed very comfortable and the WiFi reliable. I want to highlight the great host: always available, warm and helpful. The communication was very easy and easy. I can fully recommend the apartment and would come back anytime. We were allowed to use the bird's nest as a starting point during a city trip and felt completely comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed. The view from the window towards the old town is unique. In the height of summer, it could get a little hot in the two bedrooms under the roof, but it was bearable in May. All in all, we had a great stay in Augsburg!

A very luxurious and spacious place in a quiet location. A dream for dogs and owners. We will be happy to come back.

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

We loved it here here! A beautiful picture book yard. Absolutely luxurious apartment, everything clean and furnished with love. Super nice hosts, accommodating and uncomplicated. Full recommendation! Will certainly not have been there the last time.

We had, together with the family (which was accommodated in the large apartment next door), spent a nice Easter weekend at Agnes's place. Of course, the highlights were the goats, the donkeys and the dog as well as the trampoline outside for the younger guests. Check-in was uncomplicated, the surroundings great. The apartment itself looks as described. Personally, it would probably be a bit too tight for me for a longer stay, especially if you want to be active in the kitchen yourself. Since we are always over in the big apartment for this, that was no problem. Agnes + family are very warm hosts and we can recommend a stay.

Super location for Marienplatz, yet in a quiet courtyard for escape from the busy streets. Great communication and helpful tips, plus Nicolas kindly met us at the station stop as we arrived quite late at night. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a nearby grocery store.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It's a little out of the way but that's part of the charm - the country scenery, hi ses grazing, a distant chapel on a hill, and premium view of the sunset really fills the heart and captures the imagination! Will definitely recommend especially for families with children.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. The historic building was lovingly prepared with a lot of effort, is very generously sized for the specified number of people and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. In addition, a first selection of coffee, tea and drinks was available to us. Everything was very clean and Rolf was available to us at all times. Sauna, darts, table tennis and the large property with fireplace are welcome to be used and the area offers many possibilities for excursions. If you don't want to cook in the beautiful and extensively equipped kitchen, you will find several restaurants in the quiet village. A large shopping market with a great bakery (also on Sundays) right in the village, more in the vicinity. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Great location on a quiet street. Very easy walking access to everything in Old Town. Great restaurants just around the corner. We had 7 people sharing the apartment and due to the separation of each of the bathroom amenities, we found it very manageable for the 7 adults in our group. Would definitely recommend and hope to return at some point ourselves.

Great accommodation, there was a welcome gift in the fridge and coffee pods (Senseo machine) for the first morning. The terrace is fenced, which is clever for staying with a dog. In the garden in front of the front door, our dog was also very welcome. The location is wonderful, swimming and hiking trails are within walking distance of the accommodation. Highly recommend!

We needed to stay only one night and then get back on the road. The 5 of us were as comfortable as at home and found a very clean and tidy place with everything we needed for personal and room cleaning. There are also plates, glasses, cutlery, oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, and a very fresh refrigerator. Tanja is an EXCELLENT host, always ready to respond to all requests and available in everything. I definitely recommend her.

Nice house on a camping ground. Well equipped and with a nice private garden. Camping has a playground, restaurant and close to a lake.

We had a great night with our girls' group. Everyone was simply thrilled with the bright apartment and the great kitchen. Roswitha and Frank are very warm and accommodating hosts, which is why we felt comfortable immediately!

The pictures of the beautiful chalet did not promise too much. We, 2 couples, felt super comfortable from the 1st minute. Regina's vacation home is located in a quiet village 30 minutes from Legolandia and Augusta and about 1 hour and a half from Munich, and we had a great time in the peace of the surrounding nature. Well-equipped apartment with a comfortable sofa bed and a responsive host in communications. There is also a small playground for our 8-year-old daughter. We hope to be back .

All was lovely, as others have described. Toddler had a great time, us too. We hope to be back next year. Some tips: * pool is nice but not heated (probably obvious, but decided to note) * the indoor fireplace is not available year round, it is mostly decorative and meant for the cold season * expect ticks if you venture outdoors - it is Bavaria. Look up how to deal with this and learn safety precautions in advance. Owners could consider supplying visual guide for how to inspect yourself and your kids, maybe even provide an extractor kit. We found a sucker on our toddler a day after arriving home, this was quite stressful, and all due to our lack of experience as not-so-outdoorsy city folks. Be better than us!
