The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a child's bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits, where you can enjoy the fantastic views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. Paddleboards and canoes are free.

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here are good sun conditions and bathing facilities. The place is of a high standard with a jetty and a private plot that is well furnished. You will find a dining area, sun loungers, a parasol, a gas grill and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 mins. to drive to Dyreparken, 20 mins to Kristiansand city center and 3 mins drive to grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
