Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, museum and hiking areas. Living room and kitchen on 1st floor, exit to back garden from kitchen. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a small balcony. The beds can't be shared. There is no parking at the house, but a parking permit in the surrounding area can be purchased. There is a smartTV in the living room. Guests must use their own login to use streaming services.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Holiday on a farm and still a short distance to beaches, zoo and Mandal Hus on farm with 3 bedrooms. Suitable for 2 families. It is 10 min to Mandal, 5 min to beaches and the sea. 45 min to Dyreparken in Kristiansand. There is a nice apartment on the side if you are more in the travel party, which can be rented. ^Farm holiday in Sørlandet, close to the sea^ is the title of the apartment on Airbnb. There is a cozy covered terrace with barbecue, where pleasant summer evenings can be enjoyed.

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away.
