Really lovely and friendly owners, they were really easygoing and allowed us to check out late, made sure we were happy and had everything we need. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Laura's house was the perfect accommodation for us. It was very spacious and very near to a family event. We went to Maldon for the morning and did a walk from the house to the lakes in the afternoon. All very central, yet very peaceful surroundings. Thank you for letting us stay at your fantastic property.

We had 2 nights at Kristians house Was perfect location for us as we were spending our time in London Close to train station Plenty of places to eat Lovely quiet location, the house was beautiful with so much space Would highly recommend and book myself again

Lovely home, felt very comfortable there- we had 4 children between 4 adults, and it felt like a lived in house- therefore we were not panicked about the children just being children!! The pool was a lovely temperature and our children enjoyed it thoroughly. House nice and warm, kitchen and lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool were a real hub of the home- a very nice space. All in all a great find for when we need to be in Hertfordshire! We would stay again.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

Spent a lovely few days, we had planned to go out and about but we the grounds were so lovely we didn't need to. Lara was always available if we needed but we were left to ourselves to relax and enjoy the cottage and grounds. My kids want to go back already!

Celesta has been a great host from first booking 8 months before, communicating through out answering any questions, helpful advice and letting me know when issues arose - and going above and beyond to have everything sorted for our arrival. Lovely stay had everything we needed, perfect location, train station walkable straight into the city within 10 minutes.

Very comfortable place to stay, all very clean and a nicely presented… Location is perfect if you want quiet and out of the way… Safe Parking… Plenty of local shops and pubs if you’re driving… Would stay again when in the area for future projects. Our host was always available and answered any queries quickly.

I stayed at Luke and Rachel’s Annexe for a longer stay and had a really positive experience. They were really great hosts - friendly, helpful, very kind and always easy to communicate with. The property is set in a stunning location in a beautiful village, with peaceful surroundings and lovely countryside nearby. It was an easy commute into London Liverpool Street (you do need a car to get to the nearest train station which is a few minutes drive away, and there’s free parking on the village streets which was a bonus). All in all, a great base for a longer stay. Thanks again for having me!

A very good stay, and the best bit is the garden - it was actually much better than expected. The whole place was very calming. The owner was also super helpful about an unexpected change of dates.

A great venue - hosted a large group with ease, Kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home, Greeted on arrival and given a quick tour so no concerns how anything worked and very comfortable. I would stay here again :)

Lovely house with good sized rooms and ample facilities. Clean and tidy with a full complement of bedding and towels. Loads of on site parking. Would definitely recommend. Would be good for a couples get together as well as a family visit. Perfect location for the wedding we all attended.

This Airbnb was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was fab too!!

We had a wonderful three nights at the fabulous Lodge Cottage, hosted by Kathryn. Spotlessly clean and very spacious in an edge of the village location. Welcome pack very much appreciated, crisps, nuts, and cookies. Salt, cooking oil, tea, coffee etc in abundance, kitchen and laundry needs taken care of, even shampoo & conditioner. We visited local historic places a short driving distance to Cambridge University, and Lavenham (don’t miss seeing this medieval village, we were mesmerised). Ickworth Estate just down the road, incredible to tour and the local walks were so amazing. Kathryn was very friendly and easy to communicate with, self check in and out straight forward, car park outside the cottage, private driveway. Totally recommend! ⭐️

We have just spent a long weekend at Ashmi's lovely house with our children, their partners and our grandchildren. The house was well equipped for all our needs and the welcome pack was well received. We loved the hot tub which we used several times during our stay. We spent a day at Duxford Airfield which is literally 10 mins down the road. If I had to say anything that could be improved it would be that maybe a few more pillows could be provided as some of the group struggled with just one pillow each, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a large house to spend time with either family or friends.

We stayed in Katie’s accommodation to celebrate my grandmothers 80th birthday. The accommodation is gorgeous and has everything you need. We really appreciated having an en-suite in every bedroom. Lots of entertaining rooms downstairs and beautiful large garden. Would highly recommend this accommodation for large family gatherings. Perfect for all ages. Thank you

Great option for our group as it was close to the airport for an early flight. Small convenience store within a 5 minutes walk. Marlon maintains high standards for the property and we recommend his place. Also, Marlon was overly nice and provided a courtesy lift to the airport quite early in the morning for which we thank him. We would clearly re-book.
