Enjoy a charming independent house of 30 m2 with 1 bedroom, a living room / fully equipped kitchen (with basic kit provided) and a terrace of 40 m2 overlooking our garden. 3 stars accomodation acording to Gironde Tourisme. Ideally located, the house is 5 mn walk from the shops and 5 mn by bike from the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Domaine de Certes. In 1/2 hour by car, you can reach the ocean beaches as well as Le Cap Ferret, Arcachon or Bordeaux. All the ingredients for a pleasant stay !

The swimming pool is heated from mid-May to September 15 and is secure, with a 1-meter beach for the little ones with a very nice outdoor terrace. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

The city center with its lively pedestrian streets all year round is only 600 m away. 50 m from the studio, access to the bike paths allows you to go around the basin to get us 2 bikes. The nearby forest allows for beautiful hikes. After a busy day you can enjoy the swimming pool or rest in quality bedding. Loan of 2 VTCs.
