My son and I had the pleasure of staying in Judy and Tony’s beautiful, warm, and luxurious villa for 10 nights, and we felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning – spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. A majestic 400-year-old tree stands proudly in the front yard, adding to the charm of the place. What made our stay especially memorable, though, was Judy and Tony themselves. They are kind, gracious, and genuinely refined individuals, with an effortless elegance and warmth that made us feel completely welcome while also respecting our privacy. On Sunday, they even took us to a nearby market, which turned out to be a delightful local experience. We’re deeply grateful for the chance to meet such wonderful people. Getting to know them added something truly beautiful not just to our stay in New Zealand, but to our view of the world. We still miss the time we spent there.

We had a lovely stay in Helen and Peter's beautiful home - with amazing art everywhere. Furniture and beds very comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. The outside space was super and wonderful for relaxing in the evening after a day exploring Auckland. Ponsonby area is very walkable for coffee and shops. The CBD is manageable but a little further away. We would highly recommend Helen and her lovely home!

We loved staying at this house! Sarah and Ryan are both very responsive and friendly. Check in was a breeze and the house was sparkling clean. We loved cooking in the kitchen and unwinding with a bottle of wine in the backyard. Very walkable- 2 mins on foot to the nearest cafe. Very close to fabulous bars and restaurants, too. My husband, toddler and I loved the whole experience and will stay again!

We had a lovely stay in Caitlin’s cottage for a long weekend! It had everything we needed and was incredibly peaceful and in a quiet neighbourhood. Lovely having the backyard and bbq for the summer evenings!

We absolutely loved our stay at Allure, Jonas was an amazing host, really communicative from the start and we had all the information we needed. He was kind enough to give us a tour of the tiny home, which is a very thoughtful space and really unique. We used both the sauna and the outdoor bath, very easy to set up, and kitchen was great to cook up a dinner and chill on the beanbags. It was a perfect break for us on a long journey, we only wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to return.

Such a gorgeous house in a lovely quiet location. It was clean, homely and had everything we needed. Rachel was a great host and very quick to help me out when I messed up my booking. Thanks for a comfortable and easy stay.

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

Trevor and his wife have an amazing property that is up kept to the highest standard. With an unlimited amount of supplies and utensils throughout the house, they made the stay very easy and comfortable. They also provided clear instructions around functionality of equipment. Highly recommend this property 😊

What an amazing and Beautiful home, so many things to do, from pool table, pinball machine , big movie projector where it was so relaxing with the kids to snuggle in front of fire place. Daisy is of the best Host I have come across, so responsive to all messages, also she is very accommodating to requests we asked of her. Definitely recommend Daisy beautiful home to anyone who is looking for a place with all ammenities, feel real homely inside & even outdoors with pool & spa , trampoline for children & swing, big lawn outside where kids or family groups can run freely. Sihem’s home was a perfect home base for our family. We were 7 total, and the house felt homey and worked perfectly for everyone. Sihem was a wonderful host and incredibly responsive to any and all our questions. We loved staying here.

Our family Christmas at Nikky’s was made very special by a wonderfully equipped kitchen and space for everyone. She made us feel welcome and was always available to respond to any questions. The location is a private and quiet suburban area just 15min walk to the local park and waterfront which suited us perfectly. Thank you so much! 😊

The host was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The place itself was spacious, clean, and tidy - everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. The amenities were top-notch, and the decor was modern and stylish. I felt right at home as soon as I arrived. The location was also perfect - with nearby transport available, it was easy to explore the surrounding area. All in all, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. It's definitely worth the price, and I would happily return in the future. This is a very special place. Ponsonby and its spunky cafés right around the corner, yet totally private and quite. The appartment is large, open, bright. Interior done with great taste and care. The terrace, the Auckland skyline, hard to beat. Carl is professional, friendly and circumspect, wonderful host.

Janine is a 'fully present', warm, unfussy - yet fully responsive - Host. There is a genuine relaxed nature about the home environment to which I felt completely welcomed to engage. The perpetual offer of tea, along with a friendly chat (if desired), was on-call at every turn - yet with zero-pressure to engage. It was one of those Airbnb experiences that strikes the perfect balance of being made to feel fully 'at home', while afforded the breezy, desired knowledge of being able to come and go as one pleases (without fear of disturbing anyone else). I will surely request staying again when back in Auckland (if Janine will have me). [Oh yes, there's also the charmingly elusive Rocky-the-cat, who will not be the least interested in your existence during your stay, (which I took as a direct challenge, and did manage to earn the occasional petting privilege). Being said, if cats are not your thing - not to worry, as Rocky will reflect your indifference with mathematical exactness!] 5 stars!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Thomas and Violet’s house. They are such a friendly, helpful, and lovely family who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like they treated us as part of their own family, which made our experience even more special. Their warmth and hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We had a fantastic family holiday at Jeff’s place - such a spacious place in a peaceful rural setting with a lovely heated pool and conveniently located to everything Aucklands north shore has to offer.

Abi's home is a period style gem in a great neighbourhood. It is a particularly stylish house that also manages to hit that sweet spot of a very being comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the living space is great, especially with the doors rolled back to make use of the outdoor deck. Being summertime in NZ, we took full advantage of the swimming pool, spending hours at a time chilling out there. The neighbourhood is perfectly located, with a supermarket and very appealing cafes and parks just a block away. Even better, it is only a 10 minute walk to the high street in Ponsonby where everything you could want is located in terms of shops, bars & restaurants. The kitchen is great and really well set up with everything you would need to cook a big family dinner which is exactly what we enjoyed. Abi was very gracious in all of her communications with us, being very flexible to our travel arrangements. This is the perfect stay in Auckland, with everything you need to either stay in and enjoy the space or get out and stuck into the cafe culture of Auckland.

Beautiful home & perfect to get ready for my wedding day. Bins were full on arrival, but we left our rubbish outside next to bins which was fine :) would come back again.

Due to a mistake with Airbnb, I had to check out later than expected but Gali was more than welcoming and accommodating. A kind, friendly and interesting host. Great location to walk down to the beach, or just hang out on the balcony and take in the views. Gorgeous, can’t wait to come back.
