The cottage was a stable in the 17th and 18th centuries and now is a pleasant and charming place to stay. The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

The Haven is a warm, cosy, quirky, very small hut set in a beautiful garden. It is perfect for a single traveller but does sleep two people and includes a welcome basket. ‘ Burgher Chapel- Converted Church’

Newburgh, Fife is an historical town. In the 18th century linen was woven in weaving sheds and cottages which still reflects in its architecture today. The town is sandwiched between the river Tay and a hillside providing ample walks and other sport activities. Many visitors start on the ‘ Fife Coastal Walk’ from this location. The chapel has excellent wifi. The town is self sufficient with shops, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist, garage, gallery and its very own distillery!

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.

Roslyn's place is so convenient! Right around the corner from Falkland Castle. And despite being right on the main road, I never heard any traffic noise. Very walkable and convenient to bus stops for trips to surrounding areas. Her place is modern and innovative with exceptional bed and linens. The shower gets 6 stars alone! Roslyn is super welcoming. She helped me out in so ways and made my stay extra special. I can't recomend her space enough. Privacy, autonomy and a helping hand close by.

The bathroom features a herringbone tile pattern on the walls, complemented by hexagonal floor tiles. A window allows natural light, and a towel hangs on a hook. The space contains a small vanity with a mirror above and a dark wood cabinet, enhancing a modern yet classic aesthetic.

We hired Rhian’s house for my friends hen do and it was the perfect place! The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, the living room sat 12 of us and the kitchen/diner was ideal for everything. Loved the decor and the garden too! Rhian was very flexible with our check in and check out which made things very smooth 😌 would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it in the future! The Nook was exactly as described and pictured and was a fabulous place to stay for a weekend. Lovely and quaint and felt very cosy and welcoming. Nice and peaceful with great local views on your doorstep. Ryan the host explained everything by great communications in advance of our stay and checked that we had arrived safely and that everything was as expected. Would be more than happy to rebook if we are looking to stay locally again.

Wow!! Just WOW!! Not only was this little studio just perfect in every way, Jo and Mike are simply two of the nicest and most congenial people we have ever met! They are absolutely the greatest hosts we’ve ever experienced! We stayed here to wind down a long holiday and, boy, we are glad that we did. The studio itself was very spacious and comfortable. It had every single thing we needed and then some! The grounds were spectacular! Very peaceful and serene. The gardens were beautiful and very meticulously cared for. The perfect place to sit in the mornings and listen to the birds sing and enjoy the aroma of the wide variety of beautiful flowers. After a long day of exploring the area, the garden swing was a great place to sit and quietly reflect on the days adventure. If you want an incredible place to stay with the nicest host and hostess imaginable, don’t hesitate to book this gem! You will LOVE it!!
