The apartment is very well decorated. It is ideally located for guests looking for a quiet neighborhood but close to everything by bike or tram (down the street). The apartment has a beautiful terrace that is pleasant when the weather permits! A little attention to the parking space! Access is very small so plan ahead if you are coming with a large car. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Tarik's place was amazing! Beautiful view, from a modern, well furnished and very comfortable apartment. It felt right at home from the beginning, and Tarik was very polite, responsive and clear with instructions. I was there for more than a month while studying french in Toulouse and working remotely, and during the entire stay I had no issues at all. I will say that the building itself, because of its older brutalist architecture, may not be that beautiful at first glance, but once you're in the apartment, it is all flawless and the view of the city is beautiful - many days, you can see the Pyrenees very clearly from the windows! The location is really good, walking distance from Rue De La Concorde, in the Les Chalets neighborhood, which has a Carrefour market, many stores, boulangeries, wine stores and the Concorde Café. It's not far from the subway and from the city center. There's a daily street market at Bd de Strassbourg (10 min walk from the apartment) that is very convenient

Beautiful suite, we had a great evening and night there. The suite is clean, tastefully decorate. The plus, the set of dimmed LEDs that puts us in the mood as soon as we walk through the door. And what about the hot tub which is spacious and so nice. We'll be there again. Thanks Diana and Adrien.

For those wishing to stay in Toulouse, consider Julien and his offering as your choice of stay. Really nice, tucked away, and composed of a modern layout and corresponding appliances, it's a great selection. My wife and I had a wonderful time, as the residence was situated within the old part of Toulouse, which is packed with cafes, restaurants, places and museums to visit and see, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

A perfect place to enjoy the center of Toulouse. The apartment is located in the heart of the center, but its location on a small street and on the rooftops make it a very quiet place. Comfortable and well-equipped, with of course the very pleasant spa bath as a bonus.

Valerie's accommodation was wonderful & everything that we hoped that it would be. Second to none communication from her , we were able to drop our bags there after an early flight. Clear instructions about everything. Great local recommendations in regards to markets , things to do & restaurants. Helped us guarantee our early morning taxi too. 10/10 A great stay.
