Vacation rentals with a patio in Atocha, Arganzuela

A truely unique gem in Madrid -- perfect for a week for our family (two adults and two young children). The street was very quiet, despite being close to it all (~10 minute walk to the Royal Palace). Just a few doors down you will find a few cute coffee shops, a great fruit and vegetable stand, and a butcher & cheese shop. And there are some great tapas bars just two blocks away (try Bodegas el Mano or Casa Tabacos). Inigo was very responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cora’s place. The apartment was lovely and location very cultural with a buzz! Walkable to all the areas of Madrid and metro station close by too. X

El departamento está muy bonito (mucho mejor de como se ve en las fotos), muy limpio y cómodo. Te hace sentir como en casa. Excelente comunicación con Héctor. Recomendable al 100%

This place is an oasis in the very hip neighborhood of Malasaña. The apartment is just off the energetic Calle Fuencarral, on a quiet side street. It is serene and spacious. Everything you need is conveniently nearby - shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the interior patio and made good use of the fully equipped kitchen. The host’s guidebook was really helpful and he was easy to work with. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Madrid.

We had a great experience staying at this place. 1. Very centrally located which made it easy to explore Madrid 2. Alvaro was very responsive. His instructions were clear. He was kind enough to greet us when we came to his Austrians to show us how everything worked 3. He shared recommendations with us and always responded quickly when we had Qs. Highly recommend this place.

Un excellent séjour ! On retiendra : le calme malgré l'emplacement très central, la belle terrasse, la bonne literie, les équipements... Yolanda encore tous les détails, très clairs. La communication est irréprochable. Nous avons eu un imprévu sur place et Yolanda s'est montrée très arrangeante, ce qui a été d'une grande aide. Nous recommandons ++++ et remercions !

If you’re spending time in Madrid, Jose’s place is the dream spot. The location cannot be beat - in the heart of Malasaña with everything at your fingertips. But the building itself is very quiet, allowing for great sleeps and a comfortable escape from the bustling neighbourhood. The place was very clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning was a gift in the hot weather, too! I’m already wanting to come back to Madrid and stay in this place again. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you, Jose!

Amamos hospedarnos en la casa de Victor! Todo el espacio estaba perfectamente adecuado para recibirnos a mi familia y a mi... Te sentirás muy cómodo si decides quedarte aquí, Laura y Victor fueron muy atentos al responder nuestras dudas y estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos cuando se los pedimos.

Apartamento amplio, 3 habitaciones, , muy cerca de aeropuerto, bien comunicado para llegar al centro de la ciudad, , todo funciona perfecto.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Apartamento muito confortável e com tudo que precisávamos. Eduardo foi prestativo e deixou todas as informações com muita clareza. A localização é excelente, tem vagas para estacionar na rua e também foi muito fácil e rápido chegar ao centro pelo ônibus que para quase na porta. Também há estabelecimentos por perto, mercado, farmácia e bons bares. Aproveitamos a área externa para um café da manhã agradável, foi pena não termos tempo para andar de bicicleta, já que o entorno é muito agradável. Recomendo muito!

Eduardo gaf ons duidelijke instructies hoe we het appartement binnen konden komen. We hebben genoten van de tuin en het uitzicht, met name vanuit het appartement is het uitzicht mooi. Het centrum van Madrid is met de auto goed te doen. Het appartement zelf is gezellig, netjes en schoon, we hebben de meeste tijd in de tuin doorgebracht, genoten van het lekkere weer en de geurig ruikende jasmijnstruik.

Magnifique appartement, dans un quartier calme et en même temps proche des quartiers animés. El alojamiento era perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotos e incluso mejor. Amplio, limpio y bonito. Muy recomendable (sobretodo si van al estadio Metropolitano,está muy cerca). Atenta, y responde rápido los mensajes. Todo perfecto. Gracias!!!!!

This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Muy buen alojamiento situado a 15 min andando del Wizink Center, así que es genial si vas a un evento. Entramos 4 personas perfectamente porque el sofá cama es enorme. El piso es también muy bonito y sin duda lo recomendaría! Muchas gracias a Paola y Ceci por todo.

El alojamiento de Jose es estupendo. Fuimos 5 personas, tenía toallas para todas, nos dejaron cápsulas de café para el desayuno, sal, aceite, azúcar, tés e infusiones. Algo que es de agradecer. Buena localización, cerca de paradas de bus y metro. Por las noches es muy tranquilo, puedes descansar. Y Jose muy amable. Si tienes algún problema tienes su número de teléfono para llamarlo en cualquier momento. Hemos estado como en casa. Esperamos volver pronto.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Lucia was responsive and very helpful. She was very approachable and friendly.
