We went to see the city and the apartment has a strategic location to get around downtown and the tourist areas that are not so close. A very short and pleasant walk to get to the zocalo and cathedral, nearby there are good restaurants, Oxxo, etc. Upon our arrival, the apartment was very clean. It has 4 windows that open to the outside, very spacious that allow natural lighting and can be closed to reduce the noise of the city, complete privacy can be maintained. The parking lot is outside the apartment's location but half a block from the address, the access and parking space are narrow but for a compact car or sedan and patience for maneuvers, it's fine. There is no extra cost. We always feel safe leaving our vehicle in safekeeping. THINGS I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW: * There is NO drinking water from the jug, plan to arrive with your own bottle. * There is liquid body soap and shampoo in the shower, both are dispensers

This place is a knock-out - I can't think of anything they might have done better. Location, amenities, comfort, cleanliness, elegance, value. The SV311 Team has it going on.

The facilities are in excellent condition, and something I loved was the air freshener... spectacular! It really gave the atmosphere a very special touch. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, with an excellent location, restaurants and park nearby, José Eugenio is attentive and provides clear instructions for check-in. I stayed with some friends and we all agreed on how nice and quiet the place is, and also on how comfortable the rooms are. I highly recommend it.
