The apartment matches the description and photos on the site. Everything clean and organized. We did not use the kitchen utensils, as we chose to eat out, but for those who want to prepare something it is well equipped. The place is quiet and peaceful.

Each little corner thought with very good taste and creativity, making the accommodation go beyond just resting. Impeccable house, we were greeted by the homemade Lila, very kind and attentive, always very helpful. The beautiful house, spacious, clean, we are all very comfortable. In addition to the excellent experience of feeling the warm sea a few meters from the house. Fantastic.

My wife and six friends of mine spent New Year's there. The house is in a rural gated community. It is even bigger than in the photos. 4 bedrooms plus a private chalet, well equipped and with exclusive swimming pools and Jacuzzi, as well as a pond where tilapia is fished, swimming pool, fitness center, whirlpool and even a mini-market available to guests. Close to the Wine Route with great restaurants. Regina, responsible for the care of the condominium, was super friendly and helpful (they even put a brand new spare refrigerator in the house when the other one malfunctioned). We also hired the services of Valéria, recommended by Regina, who made an absolutely delicious New Year's Eve dinner. We'll be back soon!

The accommodation is amazing! We stayed during the week and were able to enjoy a very spacious house with wifi, full kitchen, impeccable suite, and various leisure options such as pool table, table tennis, as well as a pool and a wonderful view of the dam. The host and the caretakers at the place were very helpful and the check-in was very smooth. I would highly recommend this listing!

Guilherme was super polite and quickly answered questions about the rental. The apartment is very well located, very close to the beach and with an internal passage that leaves us almost facing it. It has umbrella and chair services with cordial and polite people. The apartment is spacious and cozy, clean, with household utensils and leaves nothing to be desired, places for children to play inside the condominium, game room and for walking it is very quiet. I'll definitely be back, because it's really worth it.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). The building was exactly the same as the pictures. The condominium has chairs and sunshine on the beach, in addition to offering ice for cooler supply. Very good appliances, including a good gas barbecue on the roof. Good parking space, next to the elevator. A good choice for small family.

The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Hello Ótima Hostel, close to the main attractions of the region, the hoster is mega responsible and a great host.

Super clean and organized apartment. It is literally next to the beach, 3 mins walking (only cross the street). It has several markets, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. There are several options of restaurants for delivery via iFood. The beach is quiet with several drinks/portions kiosks. The building is very nice with large parking. We don't use the sauna or the pool, but we took a look and it looks pretty cool. The tenant Miguel was super helpful and polite. In the apartment there is everything, several beach chairs, umbrella, dishwasher (which facilitates life), a great washing machine, the air conditioning is very cold. I felt at home. In addition, the building is quiet and is 10 mins driving from Riviera de São Lourenco beach. I recommend this hosting with closed eyes. I will definitely stay here again.
