Claudio and Mayra's apartment is great and matches the photos and description perfectly. The balcony is really the highlight of the property. The maintenance and condition of the apartment, furniture, cabinets, appliances and utensils are really impeccable, which is impressive for a beach apartment. The reception at check-in was great and super easy. The condominium has a very good structure and its exclusive access is just a few steps from the beach. Ice machine, chairs and sun umbrella on the beach. Everything was very good. I highly recommend it!

Very well structured condominium. I went with my wife and 2 1/2 year old daughter. In other AirBnbs with fewer leisure options for children, she ended up getting bored, but the facilities of this condominium are great. The apartment is excellent, exactly like the photos and description. Bruno is extremely accessible and communicates clearly. Certainly, if I return to SP and need accommodation in the region, I will stay here again.

We decided last minute to rent Marcella’s place and she was excellent in getting everything ready for us. Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as described. The restaurant downstairs came in handy. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of healthy options.

The apartment is beautiful and with great location. All kitchen items, apartment with bed and bath linens, and the shower is great too. There is ice at the building's kiosk, chairs set up daily on the beach, smart TV with great programming, WiFi works very well. Our stay was perfect and Flávia is an excellent host. We'll be back more often!

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, just like the photos. The location is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. Simply perfect! The stay at Ricardo's house in Campinas was excellent in every aspect. The house is impeccable, extremely clean, organized and very well equipped. Every detail was thought out with affection to provide maximum comfort. The environments are well decorated and cozy. The bed is super comfortable, the sheets and towels are of great quality and everything was fragrant and very well cared for. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils, appliances and extra items that made all the difference. The outdoor area is also worth mentioning: spacious, quiet and ideal for relaxing. As for the host, Ricardo was simply sensational! Attentive, polite, helpful and always available to answer questions or help with anything. Communication was excellent from the beginning and we felt very welcome. Undoubtedly, one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. I highly recommend it to everyone and I will definitely stay again.

A place of great peace and coziness. Every part of the house is very nicely decorated. We felt at home. Our dog loved it, as it is possible to leave them at ease to explore the outdoor area

Beautiful house. There were 8 of us and the house served us very well. The view of the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, she sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. My only addition would be the mega ramp to access the house. Keep this in mind, as it is extremely muddy and it was quite difficult to get out (we even had to deflate the car tires).

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as all the amenities to enjoy all this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the housekeeper Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful. The house is wonderful, super well-equipped and with an amazing view of the dam — a real getaway! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the colder nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the entire yard surrounded by a fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% relaxed. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

Our stay was very nice, as strengths I can highlight the location, very close to the beach, the condominium is very beautiful, cozy and with several leisure items, the host Guilherme, quick to respond, kind and flexible, the house although old is very spacious and served our group well.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, everything organized, very clean and fragrant! View with incredible sunset, short walk to the beach and short distance to the mall. Building staff, even the beach service, were very polite. Tatiana was always available and responsive. We will definitely return!

Quiet, comfortable and very nice place, as well as hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman at our accommodation. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by small staircase, with balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it is even possible to have a good barbecue. The decor and lighting are harmonious, with the owner's artwork. The project and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We'll be back for sure.
