I found Geraldo's place excellent and met all our needs. He's very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the outside area and the yard. The district is quiet and quiet. I found the bed a little hard and the bedroom warm to sleep with window and door closed. But nothing that would stop me from coming back.

Without words, Marta did everything and more to make our stay as pleasant as possible, the neighborhood is very nice, quiet and super safe... as for the house, it surprised us a lot, even better than in the photos, every corner has a decorative detail, the more you look, the more you find; affection in every corner, the environment is super comfortable and cozy, the bed is wonderful, TV with several platforms; full kitchen with everything you can imagine, I scheduled several tours, but I canceled almost all of them, because we didn't want to leave the house, the bathroom is beautiful; wonderful shower... the lighting is just perfect; making the night even cozier, my wife fell in love, I'd be talking all day here, but I really believe there's no way to find a better place for a couple's trip.... if you're going to Atibaia!!! Thanks for everything, when I go to Atibaia; I will always have my favorite place..... Gratitude.

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and facial tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is incredible and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also incredible!! On the last night alone, we got heavy rain and had some minor leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

Beautiful and very nice place, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Excellent balcony with hammock and great chairs to rest. A large garden that is great for the dogs. Barbecue area, clean swimming pool. The Internet worked very well and the interior of the house is very cozy. I recommend it!

The accommodation is extremely clean, cozy and has everything we need. Lu is an excellent host, always responding promptly, in addition to having a caretaker for anything we needed. We had difficulty entering the condominium because access is through a link and there was no signal. On site, the signal is bad, it barely works. The Wi-Fi also presented instability, which made it a little difficult. In addition, the place is for family and rest, without noise and in the midst of nature. Much more beautiful than in the photos! In addition, the condominium has a market that makes it VERY easy! We spent the turn with great tranquility and would definitely come back!

Register with the administration to have biometrics done and you’ll be at home coming in and out with facial recognition as you will need this to use the amenities . Two big TVs one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. Also the view from the window is perfect. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Complete location, you don't have to worry about anything! There's everything in the kitchen if you want to cook, there are directions for ordering food or restaurants nearby. We had a great experience during our stay! The condominium is super complete, with everything we needed for everyday life: a grocery store, swimming pool, fitness center and a great structure. The room was comfortable, brand new and well equipped, with excellent quality linens, which made all the difference in comfort. The location is also very good, with easy access to everything. We had a very quiet and pleasant stay. The space is very large, with lots of green area and tranquility. It was very nice to make a bonfire on a cold night. Adriana was an excellent host, always willing to help. I needed to "bother her" about an internet issue and she was extremely quick and kind in helping me.

The place is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. The waterfall is easily accessed by a safe path and the deck is a special space to hear the waterfall and enjoy the place. The house is very well-equipped and even with the cold at night, it had good thermal insulation. All the rooms were clean, as well as the pillows and blankets. The dirt road to get there is also very quiet and we feel safe on the property. Marisa answered all our questions quickly and welcomed us very well. We'll be back for sure!

Our 3-day stay in São Francisco Xavier was simply spectacular! The retreat is magical, a true synonym for peace. The surrounding nature is stunning, with nights full of stars and even shooting stars that made the nights even more special. The fireplace brought an extra charm, creating a cozy and perfect atmosphere to renew your energy. The internet worked very well and I was even able to work in a conference on Monday.
 The hosts, Mariana and Nilson, were extremely helpful, solving all our issues quickly and always with great kindness. Each day was unique, and the experience was so remarkable that we will definitely be back! A trip that will forever remain in our memories.

All doors and windows have screens, the balcony and the lake have hammocks, a calmness. Just one more thing: several dogs run free around the site, as well as a kitten. It may be a problem for those who have allergies or are bothered by it. Everything was excellent for us!
