The building was exactly the same as the pictures. The condominium has chairs and sunshine on the beach, in addition to offering ice for cooler supply. Very good appliances, including a good gas barbecue on the roof. Good parking space, next to the elevator. A good choice for small family.

Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

The road to the beach is spectacular, passing through a garden with a vast amount of plants, superb care and a breathtaking view. The services available in the building are incredible, is the tip for the next guests to make the most of the spa, swimming pool, gym and others. Whenever we arrived from the beach we went to the spa, relax in the ofurô, a real delight! The guardian Thiago, the gatekeepers, the gardener and all the other staff of the building were polite, attentive and helpful with us. We are very happy with our choice and we certainly intend to return more often.

We spent great days!!! The closest path to the beach is by street, about 3 blocks or so. We just miss having a cart to take the extra chairs and cooler to the beach. We used the extra umbrella too, because only the beach service one is small, we had 3 children. The cart was missing, but we managed. The apartment was clean! Quiet building, helpful staff. We spend a lot.

The apartment is impeccably clean, has all the essential kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and the hostess is extremely helpful and kind. The neighborhood is modest but quiet and quiet. Riviera beach can be reached on foot (15 to 20 minutes), however, for convenience, I chose to go to Riviera through the portal (8 minutes by car). It offers chairs and parasol for added convenience and flexible at check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it and I will be back for sure!

Check in super quiet The site is near entrance 1 to the juquehy beach (walking a few minutes - informed in the publication) and close to local commerce. Carla gave tips on restaurants, beaches and others Juquehy has a clean and very quiet beach (end of March/ early April) I recommend it!

The apartment is very well located and has a very good leisure area. It has a heated pool upstairs with a beautiful view of the beach. Claudia was always very attentive! We love the stay and we intend to return!
