This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium.

A cozy retreat in the middle of east side Athens. Entire basement guest suite with private entrance and covered outdoor patio (complete with patio furniture to enjoy when the weather is nice). Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, come back to a spacious, comfortable suite at the end of the day. Your host family lives upstairs above the guest space, and are available if you need help or suggestions on true "Athenian" restaurants or activities.

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family lives upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear our toddler or baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t had any issues with noise, check out our reviews!

The Garden Home - Steps From UGA Campus in Athens

Our cozy, 1950’s cottage is within steps of UGA’s campus and is perfect for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. It’s only a half a mile walk to Sanford Stadium, which makes it the perfect spot for football season. The home is less than a mile from downtown Athens and a mile from Five Points. Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.
