A 0.9 mile walk to Sanford Stadium! A 0.5 mile walk to Mama’s Boy - an Athens original! And EASY access to Firefly Trial and the North Oconee River Trail! Inside our condo, you will find a walk-in shower, a new queen bed and upgrades everywhere. Enjoy everything Athens and UGa!
