Perfect location for us and lovely apartment, with good outdoor space, just a shame the outdoor pool was not open. Would book again.

Die besten Gastgeber! Danke für alles. Paula war super süß und hat uns empfangen und alles gezeigt . Tolle Tipps und Informationen haben sie uns vorher schon geschrieben. Die Wohnung ist TOP! Alles vorhanden, Kaffee, Tee, Strandutensilien, Honig, Pfeffer Salz usw. Duschgel Shampoo, Strandtücher und genügend Handtücher. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit Sue war von Anfang an sehr gut, sie hat schnell geantwortet und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr, sie hat uns einen Standort geschickt , so dass wir die Wohnung schnell und problemlos gefunden haben und die Wohnung war genau so , wie in der Annonce beschrieben , perfekte Lage , wer Strand und Restaurant in die Ecke , genialer Blick auf Strand und Hafen. Die Einrichtung war sauber und in einem super Zustand . Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder gern. Das Team um Sue ist einmalig . Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal

Thank you for letting us stay here, the place was absolutely lovely and accommodated me and my friends so well. A massive thanks to the hosts too as they done their all for us and helped us every time we needed it. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the port and everything was easily accessible. We had a lovely time :)

Fantastic stay. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and multiple restaurants and bars. Apartment itself was really nice with all the listed amenities. Was also clean and tidy with comfortable beds and furniture. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the hot tub was a wonderful extra that I made full use of. Sandra the host communicated well throughout and was always friendly. Would happily stay there again and reccomend it highly.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

We recently stayed here as a group of 11 for a hen do. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, old town etc and a short uber ride to Puerto banus. Villa was very clean and well presented. We used the transfer service which was reasonably priced. We also used the BBQ service which was lovely. Rafael is such a responsive and helpful host and after a missed flight and us not arriving until much later than expected he was so helpful in re arranging our transfers and arranging for us to get into the villa outside of the usual check in time. Thank you Rafael, we highly recommend your villa.

Vi hade en underbar vecka med vår familj i detta fantastiska hus. Generösa sällskapsytor, bra kök, jättefina sovrum med badrum. Väldigt lyxig känsla. Uteområdet och poolen är perfekt att umgås och njuta av, både på dag o kväll. Utsikten är underbar. Morgonkaffet med utsikt över Medelhavet och Gibraltarklippan var bästa starten på dagen. Från köket en underbar utsikt över berget. De stora fönsterna gör att man njuter av omgivningarna hela tiden. Vi var 6 vuxna och 2 barn (3 och 5 år). Här var gott om plats till oss alla att både umgås men också ha utrymme för att kunna vara för sig själva. Närhet till havet o Estepona var också ett plus. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vecka och kontakten med Carolien som alltid svarade snabbt och var hjälpsam.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. We have stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t want to go home. The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for working from home. The sea view takes your breath away as soon as you come in. You will need a car to get around. There are few good restaurants under 20mins walk but you are not spoiled for choice. The beach at the front is not great for swimming but the 3 pools totally compensate for that. It was not an issue for us. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We would love to come back again.

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa. Photos just can’t do it justice -it was even better than expected,the pool and outside area was absolutely incredible and very stunning, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The villa itself feels very modern but also very homely and comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped and all the bathrooms and bedrooms are great sizes and felt very clean.There was 7 of us and we felt like we had a lot of room and loved that there was lots of space for us to all sit together.We all couldn’t believe how stunning this villa is and the location is just perfect,right by the beach and very peaceful and quiet. Plenty of restaurants near by and not far from Puerto Banús (10/15 minute drive).There is also a Lidl and other supermarkets about a 10 minute walk and a petrol station about a 5 minute walk which came in handy to pick up water and essentials.Jon was an amazing host, very kind and his communication was excellent.We all miss the villa already!

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Schnelle Antwort auf Nachfragen und völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung mit ihren drei, komplett ausgestatteten, Terrassen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gut.

Yulia's place was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 small kids. It had everything we needed and when we asked about the possibility of having a kid's high chair, the answer was yes! (it also had a baby bath tub which was really handy for us). The kitchen is very well equipped and you can easily cook whatever you may like. The area felt safe and quiet and the it's only 2 mins walk to the beach. The host (Yulia) went out of her way to ensure we have everything we need (including providing a second set of keys as we were two families with two cars). There were a couple of beach restaurants minutes away from the flat, but sadly we stayed there in February which means the restaurants were shut in the low season. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Yulia's place.

The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. Our host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was enjoyable. En fantastisch appartement met werkelijk alles erop en eraan. Een betoverend uitzicht vanaf het prachtige terras. Een supervriendelijk host en zijn broer. Altijd bereikbaar. Dit is een aanrader.

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Eine Perle direkt am Meer! Lauras Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen Weinkühlschrank mit tollen und preiswerten Weinen. Wir haben dies sehr geschätzt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, ein paar wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Wir haben es geliebt! Laura ist eine super Gastgeberin, hat uns nützliche Tipps gegeben und hat uns sehr gut empfangen. Sie wohnt gleich nebenan, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Wir können Lauras Haus sehr empfehlen und hoffen wiedermal zurück zu kommen.

We had such an excellent stay. Three of us had booked this apartment to attend a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings whilst maintaining an authentic feel. It was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, the shops, restaurants and Church are on the doorstep. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival which helped a great deal in terms of finding and accessing the building. We were greeted personally, handed the key and shown the apartment. Communication was great too, before, during and post stay. The rooftop terrace was an ideal spot to relax, super comfortable and well appointed. Can't recommend this place enough so thank you to James, Natascha and Amelia for a brilliant experience! We hope to be back soon!

We went there with the idea of being close to a friend's wedding location. Everything from checking in to checking out was perfect! We really loved this place and we can't wait to come back again sometime for a longer duration. Thanks for everything Esther!

Eric was a gracious host. He was very helpful during our stay and very attentive. The flat was beautiful and exactly what we wanted for our holiday. The surrounding area has lots to do and many amazing restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will definitely return again.
