Overall it was a very pleasant stay. All the bedrooms and the common areas were well furnished for a comfortable stay. The surrounding was so quiet, particularly at night, that one could hear the sound of the crashing waves just a few steps from the house. The host was friendly and communicated clearly about the property. He also helped us with suggestions on things we could do during our stay. One point to note though, is that the area does not have good mobile networks. So a bit of planning might be required, for example downloading offline maps to reach the place etc. There is wifi at the property, which works fine.

Villa was sparkling clean and felt like a home the moment we entered. Nice view from all the terrace. Property caretaker and cook made the our stay extra special. Swimming pool which is within 500 mtr from the villa, was well maintained and clean. Property owner Tushar was always up for any help. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

Ths place was simply awesome. It is a lovely property amidst nature. The food served by the caretakers was awesome and worth the price. They are very humble people and were proactive to meet our needs. The property is very beautiful surrounded with trees, and would pump up your lungs with fresh air. 🙂 Being a fitness freak I just could not have enough within and around the property. The check-in was super easy. The host and the caretaker both are responsive. I really loved it and seemed to me this place would be even great to visit during rains and even winter season. Already planning another visit.

Great place, great views. Beach and market both are very accessible and nearby. Apart from the fridge having a pungent smell (which went away after leaving it open for some time), everything was excellent. Jitesh is a very warm host, good communication and very considerate. Caretaker is also very warm and kept checking if everything was okay. Amantran, nearby restaurant suggested by Jitesh is very good. Bungalow is comfortable and has everything, feels homely. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Breathtaking views from this place. This villa is put up on a hill right next to palande beach & you definetly need a vehicle to go up this steep little mountain(i did it on my RE Bullet 350). Once you reach this place, its worth every effort - make sure to visit the top of hill which is hardly a 2 min walk from the villa to watch the most beautiful sunset you will ever see. From here You can see the entire Palande-harnai beach all the way upto suvarnadurga fort and the beautiful sea shimmer in all its glory in bright yellow golden & red. This villa has a comfortable spacing for 5-6 people with 3 bedrooms & 2 washrooms & a fully functional kitchen. Owners Mr Shetye & Ms. Saie were very helpful and proactive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore beaches in dapoli (karde, murud, palande, harnai, anjarle) & wants to stay at a scenic & relaxing place. nearby swimming pool, pool table, table tennis is there. No mobile network here but wifi is available. Cheers.

The place is away from Hustle Bustle of a town. The location of the property is the key differentiator. It is one of the few places where you are placed on a cliff overlooking the sea and picturesque view with no obstruction. Host was quite proactive and always available to help. The property was clean with all the necessary amenities, making us feel at home. Will definitely visit again.

The place is amazing! It is a quiet and calm place for a relaxing trip. Nearby beaches are clean, and the host is extremely responsive. The food at this place is superb, and definitely one of the key reasons I'm staying here again, when I'm in the region! The stay matches the description, is hygienic and well maintained.
