Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Astypalaia

A beautiful, quiet location overlooking Livadi Beach. Right in the middle of 7 or 8 restaurants and still remarkably quiet and peaceful. A very comfortable covered terrace for dining and relaxing with an upper uncovered terrace for lying in the sun. Maria , the perfect host, still able to run the best restaurant in Astypalea always looked after us. Either in the apartment or dining on the beachfront. Everything is catered for with a supermarket next door that has everything and run by the friendliest family you will ever meet. You are made to feel welcome by all at Parathinalos Beach House and Livadi Beach. Highly, highly recommended.

Ολα άψογα, μέρος , δωμάτιο καθαριότητα και εξυπηρέτηση

Nous avons passé cinq jours merveilleux sur cette jolie île. L’appartement de Christina était conforme aux photos. Un petit peu difficile à trouver mais nous étions gentiment attendus pas ses parents et vite repérés dans la rue. Comme le disent tous ceux qui ont eu le plaisir de découvrir cet endroit il est «  dans son jus » . On fait un retour dans le passé et on oublie les locations sans âme et sans histoire… À mon sens étant loueur moi-même le tout peut encore être optimisé sans nuire à son charme: plus de vaisselle, de casseroles. Éviter les accessoires en fer en bord de mer qui rouillent très vite malgré le soin apporté. La literie était satisfaisante et les draps et serviettes très propres. Nous avons l’intention d’y revenir l’an prochain c’est dire si nous sommes satisfaits. Ah j’oubliais ! c’est pourtant inoubliable👍 La vue est « lunaire » !!! Du jamais vu et quel calme!! Merci.

La terrazza è splendida, ombreggiata e con una magnifica vista sulla baia di Analipsi. Lo studio è arredato in maniera semplice, ma è molto pulito e silenzioso. Forse il bagno un po' piccolo, ma.nel complesso non manca nulla per un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole. La zona è incantevole

Aννα und ihre Familie waren sehr sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir wurden sowohl früh morgens vom Hafen abgeholt als auch ist es uns angeboten worden wieder zum Hafen gebracht zu werden. Zu Beginn wurde uns etwas Kleines zum Frühstück in die Wohnung gelegt und wir durften um Ostern traditionelles Essen von ihnen probieren. Außerdem haben wir ein paar Tipps rund um Aktivitäten und Feierlichkeiten auf der Insel bekommen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr schön, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. We had a wonderful stay at Βιργινία’s airbnb. The location is perfect - a stone's throw from the windmills and square (the center of Chora), but still very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is new, spotless, very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the abundant natural light and the beautiful breeze that flows throughout the place if you choose to leave the windows open. We also enjoyed the island itself very much and would definitely visit again, choosing Βιργινία’s place as the ideal base from which to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

Τεράστιο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με 2 τουαλέτες το οποίο είναι πλήρες εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται μια 4μελής οικογένεια (όπως πλυντήριο ρούχων). Ίσως για περιπτώσεις καύσωνα να χρειάζεται ένα 2 Α/C στη 2 κρεβατοκάμαρα. Εμείς πάντως βολευτήκαμε με τον ανεμιστήρα γιατί οι θερμοκρασίες στο νησί ήταν κάτω των 30 C. Γενικά μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία σε ένα όμορφο νησί με φιλικούς ανθρώπους, ωραίες παραλίες και εξαιρετικό (αν και λίγο ακριβό) φαγητό.

Κάναμε 4 διανυκτερεύσεις. Εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα η Πόπη, φιλική εξυπηρετική! Παραλάβαμε ένα σπίτι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, στρώματα και μαξιλάρια πολύ καλής ποιότητας, πεντακάθαρα όλα, καλής ποιότητας έπιπλα. Υπέροχη θέα, βλέπεις το κάστρο της Αστυπάλαιας, τους ανεμόμυλους και τα 2 νησάκια Κουτσομύτης και Κουνούπα. Το σπίτι δροσερό με τη χρήση του κλιματιστικού, αλλά πολλές φορές δεν χρειαζόταν λόγω του υψώματος. Μας περίμεναν δροσερά νερά, χυμοί και φρούτα. Ένα απόλυτο σπίτι για να περάσεις τις διακοπές σου ευχάριστα και όλα δίπλα σου! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Προσωπικά, θα ήθελα να ξαναμείνω πάλι αν έχω σκοπό να ξαναεπισκεφθώ την Αστυπάλαια.

Ένα εξαιρετικό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με εντυπωσιακή θέα. Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα αρνητικό. Η ευελιξία του οικοδεσπότη στην επικοινωνία παραπέμπει στα χαρακτηριστικά του διαμερίσματος: λειτουργικό, άνετο και φιλικό. Αν σκέφτεστε να μένετε ώρες στο διαμέρισμα, να είστε προετοιμασμένοι ότι θα το χτυπάει ο ήλιος τη μέρα. Αλλά ποιος πάει στην Αστυπάλαια για να μείνει μέσα; Τελευταίο: η είσοδος στο διαμέρισμα δεν είναι στον δρόμο. Αν κουβαλάτε καρότσια ή έχετε οποιοδήποτε θέμα κινητικότητας, μπορεί να σας δυσκολέψει αυτό.

Lovely location at the South side of Astypalaia Chora. Amazing view. Tastefully decorated room with traditional elements. Free parking. We would highly recommend it.

Περάσαμε εκπληκτικά! Το μέρος εναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, και πολύ καθαρό. Να σημειώσω οτί είναι μικρό, όπως όλα τα παλιά κυκλαδίτικα σπιτάκια. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από υπέροχοι. Νιώσαμε την παλιά καλή φιλοξενία που δυστυχώς χάνεται. Αξίζει με τα 1000!!!

The apartment was spaceous and clean, with all the amenities. The host was great and provided detailed instructions for the apartment and tips for the area. Totally worth it.

Staying at Ageri House made our holidays to Astypalea unforgettable. The house is situated in a very good location, between the main square of the island and the castle, offering a splendid view of the picturesque architecture and of the port. Moreover, close to the house there are quite a few traditional tavernas and modern bars. The house is charmingly decorated and it corresponds fully to the images published on the Airbnb site. Ioanna has been an excellent host providing us with information on the island's iife, places to visit and general advice. Overall, staying at Ageri House is highly recommended for a joyful experience at the beautiful island of Astypalea.
