Great stay! The apartment is spacious, airy, without the smell of sea air or mold. Clean, well-equipped, well-equipped, all working The parking space is really great. Host Rodrigo and doormen always answering well and soon our questions were few. It had herbs to make tea, also coffee. Various ingredients, spices available in the kitchen. The location is wonderful, to hear the sound of the sea, the view of the beach, the sea, the fishermen's pier in São VIcente. Good and diverse commerce very close by. Also close to the Pênsil Bridge that was nice to cross on foot to enjoy the experience, see the view, boats, speedboats and jet skis passing below :). We also went fishing at the pier, but we only got a little cake, lol But the opportunity and experience there in front of the building was great. The apartment is old but the decor and utensils are pleasant, cheerful. I really liked the table and chairs in the living room and bag as a toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom! Congratulations to the owners and host.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience in this apartment. From the first contact with the administrator and the cleaning staff until the time of Check-out, everything was very simple and quiet. The apartment is located in an easy access location. It is very close to the beach, as well as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, cafes, leisure spaces in general. The interior is elegant and impeccably clean. There is air conditioning in the whole property that helps a lot in hot days. I highly recommend this accommodation to any traveler in search of comfort and exceptional hospitality!

The house is comfortable, access to shops and groceries in general. Carrefour, a mile from Carrefour. The beach a little far away, but accessible for those who like a walk. I highly recommend the house, very spacious and comfortable, quiet street… The pool surprised me, from the photo it looks smaller than it really is, we were 5 people in the pool and there was still a good space for more people… About the Hosts no comments, super flexible with check-in, Mr. Reinaldo treated us super well, super attentive and helpful… Rafael is the best. Cristina also treated us super well, I will definitely be back with my family.

I did not go to tourism, I chose the place for the easy access to Santos. Locomoção facilitated by the proximity of buses and VLT, amenities such as banks, pharmacies, markets and medical care nearby. I highly recommend the place for practicality. Great cost benefit.
