Spotless apartment, great location. There are many shops nearby, we don't even need to take the car out of the garage. Super helpful host from the first contact. I highly recommend it!!! We will definitely be back.

This place was definitely great to stay in. The owner was so helpful and communicated with us really good about the place and places to go. The place itself was super clean and looked just like the pictures, beautiful place to stay and the view was very nice as well. We walked to the beach and gave us a full service with chairs, umbrellas for free, food and drinks to purchase !!! Our experience there was awesome !! About our Carnival hosting, it was really nice! Danielly very helpful, people of the very friendly building with the whole family. The very nice apartment itself, everyone liked it. Excellent rooms, the living room is immense. Full kitchens for all meals. Very nice beach service.

I spent the weekend in the apartment and it was a great experience! The site is exactly as described in the listing, very clean, organized and well located. The view is incredible, and the structure of the apartment offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and helpful, quickly answering questions and making sure everything was perfect for our stay. In addition, check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free. I recommend the accommodation for those looking for a cozy and well located place in Guarujá. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was excellent, Ronaldo cleared up all our doubts even before we made the reservation. Communication with the boys who work at the concierge was great, they are helpful and very polite. The apartment is in perfect condition, has all the kitchen utensils and met our expectations very well. Even though the view is lateral, it's beautiful!! The windows, all with a protective net, made us much more relaxed. The region is very good, it has everything nearby and because it is at the end of the Asturias coast, it ends up being more reserved, which is a differential, it has kiosks and also vendors with all kinds of food. The beach is good for children, the waterfront is quiet and our little one enjoyed it a lot!! Everything else was great, Ronaldo has excellent communication and treated us super well!!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

Juliana has been super proactive and receptive from the start. We celebrated birthdays with friends and everything was perfect. We received a muffin at check-in and were even able to extend check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems, so you can do everything on foot. Very empathetic and cooperative. We will definitely return more often!

We really like the space. The house is very well suited to the number of people indicated and is very complete with regard to utensils and appliances. The staff who attended to us was wonderful.

The house is big and is on a quiet street. It has cameras and an electric fence. The hosts are friendly and kind. I got a bad weather weekend, but I loved Guaiuba Beach. I'm already planning to come back.

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.

Luís was super attentive from the beginning, gave great recommendations, and the place is delicious, in great condition, and super cozy! Close to the beach and establishments, we felt super at home!! The bed is also super comfortable. I highly recommend it, and I even intend to return at some point!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.
