Vacation rentals with beach access in Astúrias Beach

The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

everything perfect, fit all refurbished, bed and comfortable pillows, had filtered water. I only went to sleep, nor did I shower, but the shower looked good. 02 large rooms with a ceiling fan and well aired, quiet fan, side view of the sea, very close to the beach, excellent location. I brought linen and towel. It was also easy to get in and out of the garage. Very secure building.

I do not regret it at all, the apartment is on the side of the beach and there is a lot close, inside the ap it is really very comfortable, clean, I felt at home, there is nothing missing, overlooking the beach and we still managed to rent a place in the condominium, note mil!!

The house is exactly or even better than the photos, Willian is kind and I always request. We spent quiet and wonderful days. I would definitely come back and recommend it with my eyes closed.

We enjoy incredible days in the house. Very comfortable, exactly as in the pictures, everything working, I risk saying that it is one of the best houses in the condominium. Viviane was very attentive, responding quickly. We helped us a lot by putting Maria in our life, who was a super partner during our stay (beast in the kitchen). It was worth every penny invested!

With a private beach and enhanced security, the space is exclusive to the condominiums. The kiosk serves every need, ensuring guests' convenience. In addition, the view from the deck is stunning, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature.

Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

My family's stay was simply amazing! I booked to take my 14-month-old children to see the sea, and it was the best choice we made. We were very well advised by the host Mr. Roberto, who gave us all the instructions and tips regarding the site. The house is extremely cozy, with impeccable and smelling bed and bathing suits, kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bathrooms with clean towels, as well as, all necessary items for bathing. Also, they all have accessibility bars, which pleased us too much, due to my mother-in-law's mobility problem. All rooms have fans and doors, which gave us more security due to my children's access control to the pool. The outdoor area is beautiful, huge backyard with a surreal view and a large, clean pool. Dona Cida (homemade) can't even be talked about, an amazing person, with a great heart, who was always on standby to help us. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice place, close to the beach, my puppy felt at home and my family was super comfortable, very clean place, with an outdoor table for us to play and not far from downtown Guarujá. I'll be back more often

Liliane's space is a real piece of heaven on Earth! And Beth is the guardian angel! The place is gorgeous, very suitable for those who need to enjoy a time of rest, with quality! It's hard to leave! What delighted us most is how warm and caring Liliane was! And all these virtues are extended to our pets! Everything is conducive and adapted for them to enjoy, as if they were the real owners of the house! We thank you for the opportunity of this wonderful experience! We sure want to go back!

The caretaker Rafael super attentive to helpful helped me with the parking space in the garage and removed several doubts Arthur from the ordinance D a grace received us very well. We felt at home . Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

Great apartment,the stay was very quiet although it rained a lot, it was possible to enjoy all the comfort that the space offers, the Remberto always on hand to help us in that we need,for the tranquility and comfort that the space offers was worth it
