It is on the 1st floor (there are 1 flight of stairs), building without elevator, we accept Pets and garage with shared spaces with manual opening. 1 bedroom with queen bed 1 sofa bed with single mattresses in the living room.

Design apartment with a unique view. From all the rooms you can see the sea, except from the bathrooms. Being only 30 meters from the breakwater, we have the sensation of being on the sea. From the balcony, where you can dine, you can see the entire seafront, Enseada, Pitangueiras and Astúrias.(URL HIDDEN) Certainly one of the most stunning views in all of Guarujá. On weekends, only reservations with a minimum of two nights will be accepted, and on extended holidays, at least 3 nights.
