Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time during our vacation. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough for 2 couples. Instructions were left on the fridge, the home was spotless, and it provided plenty of amenities. The use of the golf cart was a bonus, and the location was perfect. I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and it truly lived up to all expectations. The space was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat from start to finish. If you're a fan of fishing, this is a fisherman's paradise, with direct access to the water right from the property, which made for some great fishing trips during my stay. The nice boat house was a fantastic feature, offering the perfect spot to store our gear and spend time by the water. There was also plenty of parking, which made it easy to bring our boat and other equipment without any hassle. The accommodations were top-notch – cozy, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Above all, the host Steven was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had all the information we needed. All in all, this was an amazing spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the water. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!
