There are lovely views from the living room and terrace over the meadow area and look to the water. The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Lovely terrace with barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Our farm is located on a 5 hectare plot with sheep in the meadow, chickens in the garden, fruit trees and kitchen garden, lots of nature outside the door and plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling in the forest and local area. 19 minutes to Odense C, 10 minutes to Odense Å and 30 minutes to almost all corners of Funen. The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, 2 living rooms, an entrance hall, kitchen and bathroom. There is a terrace with garden furniture attached to the home. The garden is adjacent to Langesøskoven, where there is the opportunity to ride a mountain bike (requires a forest card) or go hiking. We live in the neighboring house, about 20 meters from the home. We have horses, dogs and cats.

Welcome to my little sanctuary, which I own with my son and daughter. Here you have nature very close with forest, water and open sky. There are two beds and room for bedding for two more people in the living room. The house has everything, but remember to bring your own bed linen! The area is very suitable for cycling or hiking in the beautiful southern Funen nature. Shopping is within a short distance by car. Town atmosphere and good restaurants can be found in both Assens and Faaborg, both of which are about 17 km away.

Forest, beach and good hills

Sanctuary of 96 m2, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as a neighbor. In the garden, there is a small, cozy fire pit and a shelter with 3–4 sleeping places. We are located close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Havn, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very well suited for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing, and cycling. The archipelago trail starts at Falsled Harbour.

The landlord also lives on the land in a separate house and works in the boulder barns. Most suitable if you come by car, as there is no public transport here. 5 min to shopping opportunities in Haarby. Close to forest and beach (12 min), Faaborg (20 min), Assens (20 min) and Odense (40 min).
