Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

Apartment on the Helnæs peninsula

Here, the soul can rest. Our guest apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, where we have lived for 25 years. It's the living room of a small abandoned farm. We have converted the largest part of the attic into a guest apartment with 2 flexible rooms, which can be used both as a living room and/or bedroom. To the north, there is a fantastic view of our nearest neighbor, Helnæs Made, one of Denmark's bird paradises, and to the west, there is a view of the Little Belt (3 km). When the weather is clear, you can see Jutland on the horizon.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book for 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Perfect place for hiking on Helnæs Made. Fishing and bird watching, lovely beach for swimming in the Little Belt. If you are into kite surfing, paragliding or paddleboarding, it is also an option. You can also bring the kayak. Enjoy nature with a fantastic sunrise or sunset, tranquility, silence and "Dark Sky". 12 km to shopping, Spar, Ebberup.

The house is located 200 meters from the bay where the water is calm and you can easily jump in from the bathing jetty. 2 km from the house is one of Denmark's best bathing beaches. If you are into fishing, there are also great opportunities for this. Wifi, TV package and streaming services.

Peaceful cottage in unique surroundings

Welcome to my little sanctuary that I own with my son and daughter. Here you have nature close by with forest, water and open sky. There are two beds and room for bedding for two more people in the living room. The house has everything, but remember the bedding! The area is very suitable for cycling or hiking in the beautiful South Funen nature. Shopping opportunities are within a short distance by car. Grocery store and good restaurants can be found in both Assens and Faaborg, both about 17 km away.

A 96 m2 retreat, with cattle, heron colony and foxes as neighbors. In the garden, there is a small cozy fireplace and shelter with 3-4 sleeping places. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.

Welcome to a luxury stay in nature

Are you going to stay in "TJÆREGRYDEN"? The place is full of peace and quiet, and the individual apartments are undisturbed in relation to each other. The holiday homes of 55 m2 each are located about 100 m from the water, and all have sea views. Our apartments are based on 2 people, but two of the apartments can easily be used by 3-4 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen in open connection with the living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a nice bathroom.
