Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Assemini

An authentic and atmospheric house in a very interesting Sardinian area. Extremely kind and hospitable hosts who provided us with a clean and well-maintained home.

We spent 4 days in Carla's quiet oasis. After turbulent days in touristy areas, their accommodation is the perfect retreat to unwind and relax. The surroundings impress above all with fantastic beaches, those looking for chic restaurants, pedestrian zones for strolling and bars are in the wrong place. We enjoyed shopping at the local supermarket (greatly equipped although it is really small) and being able to use fresh Italian food for cooking. The garden invites you to linger, read and enjoy. Everything is very well maintained, Carla even brought us fresh hand-picked berries and homemade cakes.

The location of the accommodation is absolutely TOP! Graziella is very nice and responds quickly to messages. The place was lacking in nothing. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. At night it is quiet and you can sleep super in the large beds. There are screens on the windows. Towels and beach towels as well as kitchen towels are fully available. Also umbrellas for the beach. I highly recommend this place! The place and the surroundings also have a lot to offer! Thank you Graziella for having us!

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

The stay was very nice. Everything was as described, great apartment for a couple, grandiose large terrace, great area. Unfortunately, not all restaurants were open yet out of season in mid-April and we could not use the pool. Of course, we knew that before, but it was a pity because it looked very inviting in the sometimes sunny weather. Otherwise, we would also give 5 stars for price/performance. Matteo and Katia's tips and quick helpful responses were great. It was also great that the two air conditioners quickly filled the bedroom and the living-dining area with warmth.

Walkable to all sites. Great views from balcony and numerous windows. Bnb was very bright and homey.

The hosts were great, knew we were arriving early so kindly got in touch as soon as we coukd get in. Quickly responded to any questions we had, good recommendations for ice cream!

Too location right by the harbor and the train station. Clean and modern apartment with small balcony. Everything looked very new. There were small stacks and water ready for us. Daniele has always responded very quickly to questions. We would come back!

It was a wonderful vacation. It was a perfect location. We were right in the city We could experience a lot on foot and see again and again I would book the Airbnb.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Matteo's place was a great little retreat. The space is also much larger than the pictures would have you believe. Matteo was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, highly recommend!

We chose the apartment because of the description and the photos, our expectations were fully met. Luca and Taty welcomed us very kindly, even a small gift was prepared, a few drinks already in the fridge. long drive, I was looking forward to the cool beer and the sea view. You immediately feel at home. Towels were prepared, there are also sun loungers right on the water (so 3 meters in front). The location is very quiet, you can only hear the sea and a few birds. Wifi works well. A CAR is highly recommended for the location! Restaurants and supermarket are a few km away. Also, you should be good on foot, to the apartment (first row sea) you have to go down a few meters and the steps at some point also up again ;-) Luca was so nice and helped my wife with the suitcase right away upon arrival. Very attentive.

I cannot say enough positive things about Enrico, Caterina and Enzo. They went above and beyond as hosts. First of all Caterina contacted me to send me recommendations of what Cagliari and the local area had to offer even before we arrived. She also contacted me to find out what time our flight was arriving so that they could check us in early and ensured that we were greeted and shown around the apartment and gave us some local cakes and wine as a welcome gift. They even allowed us to have a late check out. Caterina also checked in with me after a couple of days in to check we were okay and enjoying our trip. The apartment has a lift which is perfect for getting the luggage upstairs and a big help to me as I have mobility issues, it’s perfectly located across the road from the Botanical Gardens so it’s very peaceful but within a four minute walk you are in the heart of all the bars, restaurants and local amenities. I would recommend this apartment and especially the hosts to anyone.

Great place with a special flair! Communication with Federica was straightforward and she was a great host. Arbatax is a somewhat sleepy place (in May), but you can do a lot from there! We stayed in the lodge for a week and would recommend it to anyone for a small (sometimes different) break at any time :)

We stayed at the accommodation for 5 days and we felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and we especially enjoyed the terrace with the great view in the morning and evening. We highly recommend it. The place is also perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We thought it was nice that it wasn't such a typical tourist spot, but real and original. In a few minutes, you can get from the apartment to restaurants, a grocery store, the harbor, etc.

We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

We truly appreciated the hospitality, especially the thoughtful touch of offering us a local Cagliari beer, it was a great way to start our stay. The decoration of the Airbnb was lovely and made us feel right at home. Tips for getting around and visiting the main sights were really helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available to us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, large and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both day and night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings. Thank you for everything!
