House vacation rentals in Assemini

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

the accommodation is great, you have a lot of space outside you can also spend a day just by the pool. deborah was very friendly and easy to reach, although they live just around the corner we had a lot of privacy. 🐰 Attention🐰: there are small rabbits in the entrance street which goes in the direction of the Airbnb, drive slowly & carefully, they run across the street from time to time.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Elias was a wonderful host. Very welcoming and available and keen for us to have a great experience. Be aware that there are no laundry facilities. The outdoor spaces were fantastic.

Riccardo's house is very nice and well maintained and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The garden offers an area of peace and tranquility where you can relax after the day or for an outdoor breakfast. It is in a strategic location to visit the archaeological sites nearby (Su Nuraxi a Barumini, Santa Vittoria archaeological park, Nuraghe Arrubiu a Orroli). Riccardo was very kind and helpful both in terms of the flexibility of check-in and check-out times and the promptness of response and to advise us where to eat nearby (excellent pizzeria in Gergei).

What a place!!! Stefanos house looks exactly like in the pictures! It has direct access to the beach - which enabled us to walk on the beach with our morning coffees - what a wonderful experience!! The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in - I already searched online to find the pillows we had - need them for back home! Stefanos house was perfectly equipped - everything you will ever need is there. They have even a cupboard with sunscreen etc, in case you run out of yours :-) When we come back To Sardinia, this will be the plac where we stay in the south! Thank you very much Stefano!! The apartment was very beautiful and cozy, which made it ideal for our short stay in Cagliari. Erika is an amazing host, and it’s clear that she put a lot of care into the vintage decoration of the place, this made us feel like we were in a truly traditional home. She even provided us with a beach bag, which turned out to be very useful! The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city center and tourist areas by foot, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The street where the apartment is located is particularly charming, with rustic houses and beautiful plants along the sidewalks. For those arriving by car, there is some free parking near the Ospedale, but it was almost always full (early June). We ended up using a calmer nearby paid street parking area called ‘Parcheggio del Bastione di Santa Croce,’ which can be paid for using the Mooneygo app. A casa Penelope was just the right place for a nice stay in the city!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Michael is a great Host, kind and very responsive. Excellent and private location. Spacious and comfortable house, equipped with all the essentials. Super outdoor terrace and perfect for a little relaxation. Super recommended host and home!

We had a lovely few days. The accommodation was impeccable in terms of both furniture and cleanliness. Big plus for the extremely comfortable bed and the terrace. Possibility to park the car in the property. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings (many beaches nearby). Within walking distance are many restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and shops. Claudio is a charming and friendly host who took the time to recommend the most beautiful beaches, the best restaurants etc.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Traditional house paired with modern Amenities. We loved the fireplace and enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony with a nice mountain view.

Great stay in the middle of nature and close to the beaches (10 to 15 minutes by car).

Arriving in Cabras, we were greeted by Pina with a radiant smile, very warmly and cordially. Even in advance, the written conversation was extremely helpful, informative and quick. In the apartment, all the necessary information was also available in writing and in several languages. The recommendations were all excellent and helpful. The accommodation itself is comfortable, very spacious and tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the central location very much. Restaurants, bars, shopping and a nearby parking lot were within minutes walking distance. A perfect starting point to explore Cabras, the surroundings and the beautiful beaches. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The apartment had a wonderful cozy-homey feeling, was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quite and peaceful part of Gonnesa, with a wonderful view of the hills around. There’s a parking spot right in front of the door, and a balcony to admire the sunset hues. The living room/kitchen gets a lot of sun and the bedroom is below it, keeping the heat out - perfect for summer! Tommaso was responsive, proactive and quick in his communication - we would def recommend it.
