Family-friendly vacation rentals in Assemini

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, there were four of us and everyone had their own room. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower. The apartment is in a fairly central area and there is the possibility of parking the car for free nearby. It is equipped with everything (towels, hairdryer, even a beach umbrella). Rita is very helpful and also gave us a lot of useful information for visiting Cagliari. Highly recommended

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Stefano's house corresponds exactly to the description and is very close (5 minutes walk) to Poetto beach and the bus stop to go to the center of Cagliari, the house is comfortable and convenient, equipped with everything and with a beautiful garden with outdoor table where you can eat, not to mention that Stefano has two wonderful dogs that would stay in a separate area, but we asked to let them free to come also in the apartment area and it was very fun to interact and play with them. I recommend Stefano's house for a beach vacation as it is really close to the beach, where there are kiosks that function as bars and restaurants where it is very nice to eat or have a drink at sunset

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

We loved our stay at the apartment. The view was fantastic. Everything we needed was present. And everything neatly maintained . Highly recommended. Communication with Filomena went smoothly. She gave tips and responded quickly.

We had a great stay in Baunei thanks to this awesome apartment. Everything is exactly as in the pictures except for the view which is even more great in reality. It’s hard to navigate a car directly to the house, the streets are very narrow, so it’s definitely recommended to park at the main street and walk there. Beds are very comfortable and it’s super calm. We enjoyed it there very much!

We loved this apartment. Being in the penthouse was fabulous. The views were amazing. Love the decorative decor of old fashioned items. Huge apartment. The host was very helpful and recommended places to go. So convenient to the places to see and the bus to the train station was across the street. I can’t recommend this host and his apartment enough. Stay here, you will love it! He even had local desserts for us.

The apartment was like in the description. We liked that it was well eqiupped with various small stuff, like cooler box for the trips.

Very nice accommodation. The small outdoor space with the lemon tree is really nice. Beware of mosquitoes. Communication with the host is very good. The street where the listing is located is narrow. Fortunately, we had a small car. And early in the morning on weekdays it remains noisy. Our 3 nights went very well. I would this property.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Very nice and lovingly designed place with very nice staff. The garden is just a dream. The place is a bit remote, a rental car is a must.. no possibility for lunch on site and the rooms are bright. Otherwise everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the break at this great place very much. Air conditioning top 😊

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Very good stay with Angelo and his family. The place, in the middle of nature, is peaceful while being close to the axes connecting it to the tourist areas. Angelo is very friendly and has good tips.

Nicola and Rita's place was just superb!!! The view is splendid and it is a real pleasure to start and end the day on the terrace because the many walks and visits to the surroundings made us move around a lot during the days spent in Nebida... The 2 bedrooms upstairs are beautiful and you feel and sleep very well there. This is a great base to discover the wild and beautiful Costa Verde while staying close to Algero Airport. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.
