Great stay. Close to old centre of Oristano. Peaceful area. Convenient on-site parking. Spotlessly clean apartment & very well fitted out with everything we needed.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

Excellent host, location and apartment perfect for exploring bosa and the surrounding area. Pictures do not do the place justice, it was even better in person with great balcony views. Marco was very helpful with his recommendations and had excellent communication.

We had a lovely time here with our two small children. There was enough space to play, in and out. There were also swings. We also liked to use the barbecue. The location was great, you could only walk briefly to the beach, back again, shower outside, get wet stuff.. very pleasant. In our opinion, only a few small things are missing in the kitchen, otherwise everything is great.

Central location which was walkable to transport and sights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Looks like newly refurbished and very well maintained. Loved that basic cooking essentials (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar) had been provided in the kitchen and snacks (toastada , spreads, jams and banana) and plenty bottled water supplied. The apartment is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with windows looking into courtyards, so is dark as there is little natural light - but more than adequate with lights on. There is a small balcony overlooking into a back patio area below. Great value given the location and size. Francesco is super friendly and helpful, very responsive communication, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could go have breakfast first (it was raining so was nice not to have to lug luggage around the streets).

We had a fantastic stay in Cagliari, the apartment was top in order and Renata gave us all kinds of tips and tricks for nearby. A super nice host and definitely recommended!

Very comfortable apartment, newly equipped, nicely decorated, as described, direct walking access to the walkway with viewpoint. Very friendly host, key box code by WhatsApp. Car parking in front of apartment is convenient. It's just a shame that throughout the city there are many houses with kennels, with dogs sometimes barking at night. Bring earplugs.

We had a great stay at Stefania's place. The apartment is in a quiet location and has parking in front of the house or in the underground car park. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can start the day on the terrace and sit outside for a long time in the evening. Nearby is a supermarket and you can walk very well to the center in a few minutes. There are a few restaurants and cafes and small shops to stroll. Pula is a really nice little town worth a visit. We can absolutely recommend staying with Stefania.

We spent 5 days at this place. the host is very responsive, and friendly! the view is stunning and the place is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. can highly recommend!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.

Possible to do on foot Francesca is exceptional, very attentive to us, very generous she gave us a great welcome as well as an exceptional stay… very human, really amazing. Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a really nice stay with Simonetta. The flat is exactly like on the pictures, containing everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the area itself is very calm. Simonetta was always very helpful and answered our questions immediately. We would love to come again!

Good place for a couple of days close to Porto Pino

We had 7 wonderful days in Patrizia's apartment. Our arrival was in the evening, which is why we were surprised at first by the supposedly abandoned hotel complex surrounded by nature. But Patrizia's apartment is lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The surroundings are an absolute dream for beach lovers and nature lovers. By car, the surroundings are very easy to explore and you can reach many very nice and quiet beaches. Since we were there after the high season, the hotel complex was little visited. We had the pool almost to ourselves and it was very quiet and relaxing. Every evening we could enjoy the breathtaking view directly to the sea and the sunset. An absolute highlight. The place is recommended for anyone who enjoys quiet days in nature and by the sea and at the same time wants to stay in a nice cozy home. Recommendation!!!

A very successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Clean and well-maintained pool. Superb beach indicated by Marcantonio. Responding to checkout: we were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thanks for the wine and homemade olive oil.
