Amazing, well-equipped & clean Airbnb with super responsive and nice hosts! The village is really cute and walking distance. Proximity to Nice airport is a huge plus!

I booked it for a surprise birthday for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The views are breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. We will be delighted to come back and spend a few days in this beautiful house as soon as we have the opportunity

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Nicolas is nice, and the house is lovely, I would greatly recommend if you want to spend some time with friends ans family by the pool :)

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

The host was very friendly and gave us a clear walk-through on arrival, helping us quickly understand the house and its facilities. The space is large inside and out — even the basement has a games area and laundry. Great for families with kids and adults. Rare to find two fully equipped kitchens! All bedrooms have en-suites and the place was spotless. The living room is cosy with enough space for everyone. The outdoor area is private and peaceful, and the pool is long enough for a proper swim. A high-quality holiday home — well-designed, clean, and ideal for groups. Highly recommended!

Our time at the house of Sylvia was absolutely amazing! We already had high expectations from the pictures but the expectations were definitely surpassed! the surrounding of the house is absolutely stunning - you are close to Nice/Monaco etc. but still in a calm environment. There is everything in the house that you need (incl. grill, dish washer etc.) and the outside area with pool, lounge and view is very hard to top! we had 4 very relaxed days at the house of Sylvia and didn‘t want to leave in the end. Thanks a lot and we hope we can come back another time!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

We thank Daniela for her availability, kindness and responsiveness (indeed, we encountered a payment issue with BNB the day before leaving). Arrived in St Paul de Vence, Daniela gave us a warm welcome and the "Bergerie" really met our expectations in an exceptional setting. Thanks for the little sweets and refreshments available to us. For both of us, these few days were rejuvenating between walks, cultural discoveries of this beautiful region and relaxation in the evening in this beautiful green setting. We had a wonderful stay at Aurélie’s home in Antibes. The apartment was clean, charming, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the old town, beaches, and local markets. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Aurélie was a thoughtful and responsive host, offering great local recommendations and making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The space had everything we needed and more, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Antibes. We would absolutely come back!

Outstanding stay!! The house itself was beautiful - fantastic outdoor spaces with beautiful views, great beds, great pool, and a well appointed kitchen. It is easily walkable to the charming little town nearby, with its great restaurants and shops. Perfect for a multigenerational stay. Floortje was a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful with any questions and needs we had. She went above and beyond for us. We will absolutely stay here again!!!

The most unique Airbnb experience you’ll ever have! I do think it would be worth mentioning that staying here involves a LOT of stairs - both to get to the place and since the house is set over four stories. It was a bit of a struggle dragging all of our luggage there. But it was all worth it! The place is newly renovated and clean. We very much enjoyed getting to know the (very) old Menton and living here gave us such an authentic experience! If you’re sporty and up for an adventure this is the place for you!

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.
