The apartment is on the lower level of a 3-family house with a separate entrance through the garden. Both the bathroom and the approx. 30 m² rooms have daylight and windows. There is an electric kettle in the apartment. There is no kitchen. There are restaurants, bakeries, a butcher, a fish shop, a supermarket and many other places in the immediate vicinity. You can get a snack everywhere. The area is very quiet, and the train station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

The bed is 180 x 200 and is of course completely covered. The balcony is a decent size and has a glass canopy with awning so you can sit outside in the summer. In the bathroom you will find shower towels and hand towels. And the bookworms among you are also well taken care of.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
