Vacation rentals with beach access in Asón-Agüera

el apartamento es muy bonito, en una zona estupenda para pasar unos días de playa. buscábamos tranquilidad al viajar con un bebé, y no nos defraudó.

El piso acorde a la descripción y José María muy atento. No le faltaba de nada al apartamento y se sentía el cariño y la atención que ha prestado en poner cada cosa que está disponible para los huéspedes: utensilios de cocina, paños, café, mermeladas, etc. Sin duda repetiría estancia. Nous avons séjourné chez Patricia lors d'un citytrip en amoureux. Le logement était impeccable, Patricia a été un hôte parfait. Des petits gâteaux ainsi que des boissons rafraîchissantes nous attendaient à notre arrivée. L'emplacement est dans un quartier très calme, proche de toutes les commodités. Nous vous recommandons le logement de Patricia les yeux fermés !

Jose und Isabel sind sehr gute Gastgeber, sie haben jederzeit schnell Nachrichten geschickt und beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und man kann vieles von dort zu Fuss erreichen. Ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ein Fischgeschäft gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite und eine Fleischer wenige Meter daneben. Gute Restaurants sind auch gleich in der Nähe. Der Yachthafen liegt direkt vor der Tür und der Strand ist in ca. 300 Metern zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Wohnung und auch den Ort sehr empfehlen, da es viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Berge im Hinterland, Santander in der Nähe) und den Strand gibt. Vielen Dank an Jose und Isabel für die Nutzung der Wohnung.

We had a great stay at Diana’s place! The village is incredibly beautiful with the river passing along and the parks and walking routes around. We traveled with a kid and I was happily surprised we could have nice walks with a stroller. The first impression of the apartment was amazing, spotless clean, so much light with big windows. Felt home. One thing to improve - the access to garage, the instructions weren’t very clear from the beginning but Diana was answering the questions right away and helped to find the access. The place also had some books and toys for the kids which my son loved. There is also a playground right in front of the building, very convenient. The supermarkets around had everything we needed. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Pedreña ha sido excepcional. Las vistas sobre la bahía de Santander, con la ciudad al frente, las dunas del Puntal y el estuario del río Miera, son impresionantes, incluso con neblina. La ubicación resulta inmejorable: a un paso del embarcadero donde cada media hora parte el barco hacia Santander, lo que nos permitió desplazarnos sin usar el coche (y aparcar fácilmente junto al apartamento). Además, Carlos es un anfitrión perfecto: responde rápido a cualquier duda y ofrece recomendaciones de la zona. Sin duda, volverremos pronto.

Logement parfait, au plein cœur de cette petite ville de bord de mer. On est en plein centre, c’est plein de vie (donc un peu bruyant), mais ça nous plonge dans l’ambiance espagnole. Super!

If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

Casa limpia y ordenada. Cerca de la playa y con todas las comodidades. Coincide 100% con descripción y fotos publicadas. Lo único, cuidado si se viaja con gente mayor porque tiene dos tramos de escalera para acceder a las habitaciones y a la terraza. Zona con restaurantes y tiendas que te facilitan todos los servicios. Urbano que te acerca al centro al lado de la casa. Repetiríamos seguro.

Very nice place , we were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. The game room and the back garden were great. Olga was very helpful with planning our daily trips.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa. El apartamento es exactamente como en las fotos (el baño es mejor que en la foto) y está muy limpio, parece nuevo a estrenar, está decorado con mucho gusto y todo primeras calidades. Mari ha sido encantadora desde el principio, muy amable y atenta y recomendándonos muchas cosas para hacer, el apartamento está muy cerca de Santander y de varias playa y eso es fantástico, en definitiva un 10, repetiremos.

Encantadora, acogedora, casa muy limpia con todo lo necesario para el día a día, vistas increíbles, perfecto para desconectar y compartir con familia y amigos!. Estuvimos con mi perrito y se divirtió mucho en el jardín y la playa!. Sin duda volveremos porque estuvo genial!

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy bien situado en una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes pero cero ruido. Y la zona, desde luego, preciosa.

Charo estuvo fantástica, el dúplex es precioso con unas vistas estupendas, estancia super agradable, piscina, jacuzzi y entorno fantástico. Un plus la plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Estancia de 10. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad Charo.

Fuimos toda la familia con nuestra perrita a pasar un fin de semana en Suances y quedamos encantados, tanto con la amabilidad de Carmen como con las comodidades de la casa. Todo muy limpio ordenado. Para mascotas está genial ya que tiene una terraza cercada con una pequeña parcelita de prao. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Eigentumswohnung (4 Nächte) hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Apartment liegt auf einer kleinen Anhöhe oberhalb des Hafens von Comillas und bietet einen einzigartigen Blick über das Meer. Kostenlose, private Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand und die malerische Innenstadt von Comillas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden von Juan Vincente liebevoll empfangen mit Früchten und Gemüse aus seinem Garten, sowie einer Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. In der Einbauküche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft nicht wie ein gewerbliches Vermietungsobjekt, sondern wie eine Vermietung unter Freunden. Obwohl Juan Vincente nur Spanisch spricht, gelang die Kommunikation problemlos. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Zona buena, cercana a la playa. La casa muy limpia y ordenada. Atención correcta por parte del anfitrión. Totalmente recomendable.

Tolle superschöne Wohnung mit netten Details... speziell der Fensterhochsitz. Die Kommunikation mit Ruth und ihre Tipps sehr gut passend, Parksituation mit Tiefgarage - besser geht's nicht. Alles in allem superschön, meine Frau wollte schon nicht mehr ausziehen....

We loved our stay and the view is absolutely stunning. Even better than in pictures! The apartment itself had everything we needed- the kitchen is fully equiped, super clean and having a dedicated parking space was very convenient. But also getting to the city was easy thanks to the nearby bus that runs regularly. Josu is very easy going and flexible, what makes communication very smooth. Our highligh as a young family was the short distance to the beach and the pool area. We will definitely come back!
