Recommended.. I rented the house for my daughters and their friends and the house met their expectations, it is just as shown in the photos. Everything was fine, I loved the pillow detail for my daughter. Everything was excellent, we will be back soon as my daughters fell in love with the house. Thank you very much Mrs. Zoraida for your attention. And for those who read this review, I recommend the house, you will not regret it.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

The accommodation is good, it has 15 beds, none is very comfortable, but they comply. More fans and/or air conditioning, there was terrible heat, luckily there was a pool. Something they should take into consideration is that the pool and patio faces forward, that is, the neighbors can see you. The incredible grill and terrace! Thank you very much for everything

The house is very spacious and what I liked was that each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is well located, 1 block from the beach. The only thing I would suggest to make it a divine place is that the pool be heated to enjoy it even when it is not so hot. Otherwise, it is very cozy

Yudmer's home is excellent, impeccable, clean and tidy, private as to enjoy as a family or with friends. The view is amazing from all the duplex rooms. Nearby there is a convenience store where we find everything and the parking is fabulous private and safe. We had a lot of fun and had a great time. Thank you Yudmer for being attentive at all times. We hope to be back soon!!

Amazing house, very spacious and comfortable for large groups. Plenty of room for parking inside. Spectacular grill and pool area, as well as a main room with a fireplace. A bathroom in most rooms is a plus.

We spent a few quiet and beautiful days. The house is very functional, it has almost everything you need to spend a few relaxing days with friends. A very good place to go with children and pets. The place with the bonfire is really good! I would go back to the house and recommend it. Communication with Abner was always good and he responded to the questions I had.

Spacious place, with green areas, private, very quiet, very comfortable beds. It is ideal if you go with children and pets, they will have fun and close to Aventura beach, which can get you wet with the sudden rise of the tide, there are also birds, sea spiders and geckos. Fast and effective communication with Manuel, who resolved my doubts and was always kind. Mr. Javier, the gardener, very friendly and cheerful, gave us fresh lettuce. A pleasant experience, it is recommended.

It was simply the BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed at and I’ve travelled extensively! It’s purely magical. They’ve put a lot of love and intention into it. The photos don’t do it justice.. everything everyone else has said plus I want to add how recharged you will feel after you leave. This Airbnb is an EXPERIENCE not to be missed. I wish I could live there permanently.

We had an excellent stay! Both Karen and Elizabeth were friendly and attentive. The view from the apartment was beautiful. We loved sitting outside and listening to the waves. The apartment had everything we needed to relax, cook meals, and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay again!

The room has a beautiful view and the decoration is harmonious, perfect for relaxing because you sleep peacefully. It's easy to get to and Luzmer gave us all the necessary tips even before we arrived at the stay. There are many dining options, but the kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to stay and enjoy the view. One day is too short.

Wonderful in everything. The pending hosts at all times, they responded quickly very clearly and very finely. They are very classy people, very very polite.
