Great value free-standing home with a front garden and covered porch (where we spent most of our time, occasionally visited by friendly iguanas). Really nice inside layout. Large rooms (one open-plan upstairs and one closed downstairs) with their own bathrooms. Large ground-floor living area and compact kitchen. Very simple furniture and appliances but adequate and comfortable. Great, safe location on a quiet street with quick access to the beach and main road. Prepare for mosquitos in this region in December. Enjoyable beaches and food experiences. Host communication was excellent.

Thanks Camila! It's a nice and comfortable house in a good location, in a quiet area at the entrance to San Bartolo. From here you can visit all of southern Chile, we had a great time with my family, the house has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The terrace is the best!

Everything was excellent, it's very easy to find, being in front of the town hall, the space is very large, several cars can fit in. All the rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and dishes. The pool was also clean and well maintained, as were the terrace and roof furniture.

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

The house is spacious and super comfortable, 100% recommended. The host was very attentive from the moment we arrived and always responded to our requests.

Pachanan is a very beautiful place, surrounded by pines, coffee, with orchards and has a special energy, it is a super cozy place, the cabanas have everything you need to be comfortable, cooler, kitchen, coffee maker, electric shots and the hosts, co-hosts and the people who work there were very friendly and are always ready to recommend places to go, chat, sing and have a good time. In short, make you feel at home. I was lucky enough to go right for the Oxafest so we even went to the festival together, and they invited me for a couple of times to the Chontabamba river on the tubes that the cabin has. It is not essential to go by car since there are collectives up to Gramazú that is 25 min walking, but if you go with your own mobility, it makes transportation much easier. Congratulations Christian and Kelly for everything they have built in Pachanan! That this project continues to grow and that successes follow. 100% recommended, I personally plan to come back and stay longer.
