Hill view lodge

Dr CatherineRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This lodge was perfect. A huge comfortable bed with crisp clean sheets. A tidy kitchen with everything you need as well as some necessary supplies! A decent shower and living room just tops it off perfectly. What made it perfect, is its set in a beautiful location which was peaceful and private but within walking distance of the local, lively pub! Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Escape to the country - Peaceful accommodation

StephenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Having stayed in numerous Air b and B’s now this gem has got to be our absolute favourite. Val and her husband could not of been anymore accommodating and helpful, the little village of Barford is a short walk away and the new landlady of the Joseph Arch was so helpful with helping us navigate the surrounding walks and cycle routes, The location was perfect for us, easy reach was Warwick and Stratford upon Avon, the acclimation was perfect too, pristine and everything you’d ever need for a short break. We will definitely be returning to this hidden piece of paradise in the countryside.

Disability adapted family home with ceiling hoist

SoniaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I would highly recommend this accommodation if you have a disability or have a family member who needs an adapted room and bathroom. We booked this accommodation as it had proper disabled facilities (for mum), including a fully equipped wet room with a hoist bath and an air mattress hospital bed, which we do not find in any hotels. We were also able to get away for an extended family break, which is difficult for us now, and visit the Cotswolds, West Midlands Safari Park, and Blenheim Palace. The hosts, Callum and Kerry, who live nearby, were incredibly accommodating. More importantly, meeting our needs to ensure my mother was comfortable and my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter had enough to keep her entertained with the lovely garden and toys. All in all four generations- 8 adults and a child- fitted comfortably with no issues.

Rural, Self-Contained 1 Bed, The Writer's Retreat

AmandaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderful place for both 2 legged and 4 legged friends with plenty of beautiful walks. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, letting us use their paddocks to exercise our GSD. The Writer’s retreat sits within beautifully maintained grounds and has everything required for a break away. I appreciated the thoughtful additions of condiments and spices in the kitchen . If you love books there are shelves and shelves of them; on wet days hunkering down with a book wouldn’t be a problem! Now we’ve discovered this little haven we will definitely return when there is another family get together in Stratford.

Peaceful 2Bed Retreat in Hampton Lucy & Parking

ElizabethRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We just had a beautiful weekend at Sue’s cottage. The place was clean and super peaceful. Located perfectly for exploring the countryside or Stratford/Warwick/Leamington. Sue was an amazing host and we’d definitely recommend staying here. The added bonus was getting to play with the labradors next door!
