Mama-San and Papa-San are some of the best people I’ve met. They are very kind and very personable. I felt like I was at home or at my grandparents house. They gave me great recommendations on things to do in the area. They treated us like family. I would go back in a heartbeat. They also have great food

Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

Notre hôte Jun a été extrêmement arrangeant en nous récupérant/déposant en voiture a divers station de bus/train durant notre séjour. Il nous a conseillé pour les activités dans la région, les endroits où manger, etc Le repas du soir proposé est excellent et bon marché. Le logement est proche du départ d'une randonnée peu connue des touristes et qui offre une vue magnifique sur le mont Fuji à son arrivée. Superbe expérience !

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Tohru sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und hell. Zudem sehr ruhig und privat. Die Lage ist super, Tohru stellt kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung mit dem man die Umgebung erkunden kann. Außerdem holt er seine Gäste am Bahnhof ab und fährt sie auch wieder hin. Tohru und seine Frau sind sehr herzlich und gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

位置非常中心，去热海商店街和车站徒步5分钟左右，很方便。价格合理，房间干净，特别值得推荐的是房间阳台面朝大海和城市海岸线，夜景美极了，第二天还看了日出，赞绝！

Had a great stay. Responsive host made pick up and communication very easy. Pickup, drive to the restaurant, and drop off to the bus stop in the morning was so appreciated. The room was clean with nice amenities. The indoor and outdoor bath was beyond pleasant- on a clear day there is a clear view of fuji-san. I highly recommend!

Very great service and location, the meal provided was delicious and the location is close to a lot of cool spots, would recommend.

オーナーの方はとても親切で柔軟に対応してくださいました。お風呂は大きくは無かったものの、とても趣きのある作りの天然温泉があり、とてもくつろげました。 また機会があればぜひ利用したい宿泊先です。

总的来说，还可以，我们带着两个孩子入住，当天下午4点从东京机场开车过来，到的时候已经10点多了，入住非常简单，清晨拉开窗帘第一次看到属于伊豆的晨光，衬托着厚厚的云层，显得格外神秘。景点离得很近，但是您必须要有车。

Eine tolle, sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie. Makis Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Onsen eine tolle Entspannung am Abend. Makis Mann hat uns sogar am letzten Tag zum Bahnhof gefahren, sehr nett! Ein schönes Ryokan!

Hosts made this whole experience amazing. They were so friendly and responsive and helped so much when we asked for a taxi, directions, rentals, and even calling places to make reservations! The hotel was cozy and clean with a great location to bike or walk around the lake. Even though we didn't see, you will have clear views of Mt. Fuji while staying if the clouds are clear.
