Absolutely perfect!! The location is amazing….walkable to shopping and dining. Getting to and from the condo was super easy too . Can’t wait to stay again 😊

We stayed here for our trip to the Biltmore! Perfect location, nine minutes from the estate, twelve minutes from downtown which has amazing food! Would highly recommend Tupelo Honey and Flour for a breakfast sandwich! The location is a hotel! Everything is completely clean and the beds were beyond comfortable. We absolutely want to come back to Asheville and I absolutely would come back to stay! :)

Great spot, walking distance to downtown. stayed here for a couple nights to play at waynesville golf club.

The Perry social House is unlike many other Airbnb’s. It gives you the impression that you’re in some foreign hostel with the rooms being so close, yet having plenty of privacy with amazing amenities. The entire layout is very creative and encourages guest to socialize with one another. It’s an amazing concept. We had a last-minute cancellation from our other host on Valentine’s Day and we couldn’t have gotten more lucky. We went from thinking our day was ruined to having the best Valentine’s Day ever, and it was due in part to this beautiful stay. We would love to come back since there are not many places like it. Also do not check out of here without trying the amazing coffee bar aswell! :)

I didn’t talk to Paul while I was there. This is a hotel that is right by the interstate but I didn’t hear the noise in my room. It was nice and clean. Continental breakfast is included. 5 minute drive to Biltmore. Great value!

I can’t say enough about Elevation Lofts to explain what a perfect experience we had there! To say the place was clean is an understatement! It was beyond spotless, which is very important to me. The art and modern touches made the loft an experience, not just a place to stay. Our evening was well worth the price!! Highly recommended! And it was right on Broadway, in the middle of downtown. Don’t miss out on this gem! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
