Studio 2 mit Kochnische und Bad

Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Wir verbrachten sehr entspannte und erholsame Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Das zweistöckige, gepflegte Haus (mit Holztreppe in den oberen Stock, wo sich zwei Schlafräume und ein Badezimmer befinden) liegt wunderbar ruhig mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht erhöht am Hang von Brissago. Eine Toilette gleich beim Eingang, die offene, gut eingerichtete Küche und der grosszügige Wohn- und Essraum sowie die Terasse liegen im Parterre. Das Haus ist nur zu Fuss über einige steile Tessinertreppen erreichbar (Fitnesstraining inbegriffen ;)). Für's Auto gibt es Parkplätze an der Strasse. Es ist alles sehr gut von Judith und Hans dokumentiert und beschrieben und entspricht den Bildern. (Kleiner Tipp als Ergänzung: Deckel von Schlüsselbox kräftig ziehen, damit sie aushängt). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Es war traumhaft!

Wir sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch empfangen worden und haben in Kürze gleich die wichtigsten Dinge erklärt bekommen, welche für das angenehme Ankommen und Einleben von Bedeutung waren. So haben wir von der ersten Stunde an die attraktiven Vorzüge dieser Unterkunft nutzen und geniessen können. Nebst der hellen, sauberen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sind wir vom wunderschönen Garten, den diversen Sitz- und Liegeplätzchen direkt vor der Wohnung, der grossartigen Aussicht sowie ganz besonders vom herrlichen, privaten Seezugang begeistert gewesen. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns dann nach und nach weitere wertvolle Informationen und Tipps gegeben, um die Region zu erkunden. Die bequeme Erreichbarkeit von Ascona zu Fuss ist ein weiterer Vorzug der Wohnlage. Ein Wanderweg, welcher dem Grundstück entlang verläuft, führt nach wenigen Metern in die Kastanienwälder und ermöglicht diverse Routen. Wir haben die Woche vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag in vollen Zügen genossen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Erich war einfach wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Erich ist ein rundum toller Gastgeber und hat hier eine Oase geschaffen, die seinesgleichen sucht. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn weg wohl in seiner gemütlichen, schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts; die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Von der Wohnung und den Terrassen aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Auf den zwei Sitzplätzen und im Garten gibt es verschiedene, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Lesen, Essen und Träumen. Das Haus ist umgeben von Blumen, Kräuter- und Gemüsegärten, welche Erich liebevoll angelegt hat und pflegt. Zusammengefasst: Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen in absoluter Ruhe. Danke Erich, dass wir bei dir sein durften! Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

C'est un appartement si mignon et agréable, il est très lumineux, il y a aussi la vue sur le lac. Tout simplement le paradis sur terre. Les hôtes sont très professionnels et en même temps on se sent comme à la maison, ils sont accueillants et gentils. Merci beaucoup pour ce très beau séjour.
