Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ascona

Very comfortable stay. Clean apartment, nice outdoor area, great view from the bedroom. Able to walk down to the lake (of course as typical for the area with some step work on the way back up), and some good food spots nearby. Annalisa also helped us with finding the best way to enter a hike to a Refugio. Thank you!

Monica is an amazing host, she’s very communicative and helpful, everyday she made sure we were comfortable and well. The place has an amazing view and it’s located near the city of Stresa when you can buy anything, eat and take a ferry on Lago Maggiore, I’d advise to rent a car because the roads are not built for walking The house is well equipped, we prepared food in the kitchen on daily basis and it didn’t lack anything The evenings where a bit cold and the heating season has not started yet, but Luciano prepared the fireplace every day and made sure we had enough wood :)

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

Merci Monica et Andrea pour leur accueil lors de notre arrivée plutôt tardive. Une petite tarte avec nos prénoms nous attendait même sur la table ! L’appartement était merveilleux, extrêmement bien équipé avec absolument tout le nécessaire. Sans parler de la vue à couper le souffle sur le lac. Se reposer sur les fauteuils devant la baie vitrée a été notre activité préférée. Nous tenons également à préciser que le petit déjeuner est inclus dans le prix avec du café, lait, jus, confitures, tartines et bien plus. Un grand grand grand merci tout nous reviendrons en ramenant avec nous le soleil cette fois ci !

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement, tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Het echte Italiaanse familiehuis waar host Andrea je verwelkomt is een groot plezier om te verblijven. Het huis is prachtig gedecoreerd met de kunst (mozaïek) van Andrea, naast het feit dat het warme gezinshuis volledig verzorgd is. Overal rond het huis zijn ook mooie terrasjes, een tuin en een patio. Een heerlijk verblijf in een prachtige regio van Italië nabij lago Maggiore in Brenta. Je kunt hier met hulp van Andrea ook zelf met mozaïek aan de slag en kano’en op het meer. Een echte aanrader dus dit prachtige traditionele Italiaanse familiehuis met een heel eigen vrolijk versierd randje!

Merci Tatiana et Béatrice, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Tremezzo malgré le temps! L’emplacement est super, à quelques pas de la splendide Villa Carlotta et ses jardins, du bus/bateau ou ferry pour accéder rapidement à Lenno (villa del balbianello), bellagio (coup de cœur pour les jardins de la villa Melzi) ou Varenna (splendide). L’appartement était très agréable et fonctionnel pour notre famille de 6.

Antonella's apartment was fantastic. Close to the train station, lake, and city centre, it is perfect for exploring Como. The three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is great and has typical Italian morning breakfast included which was appreciated. There is a large wrap around balcony to view parts of Como from. Very clean throughout, and Antonella was available for any questions. We recommend her apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in Fabiana's apartment and would come back. Especially worth mentioning is the very good equipment for children.

Bellissimo appartamento molto accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. posizione ottima vicino al Lago Maggiore. Cristina molto gentile e disponibile in tutto!! Spero di tornarci presto. Stra stra stra consigliato!!

De airbnb is heel mooi en gezellig ingericht, zodat je je gelijk thuisvoelt. De keuken is compleet alles er op en er aan (bijzonder voor een airbnb). Anna liet zelfs een ontbijtje en heerlijke zelfgemaakte pastasaus voor ons achter zodat we niet gelijk bij aankomst naar de winkel hoefden. Parkeren gaat makkelijk in de straat en anders is er verderop een gratis parkeerplek waar altijd plek is. Er is een erg leuk lunchtentje om de hoek en anders heeft Anna een map met allerlei tips voor restaurants en leuke dingen te doen in de omgeving, zoals de botanische tuinen of isola bella. Je hebt wel een auto nodig maar we hoefden nooit meer dan 20 minuutjes te rijden. Zeker een aanrader!

Mi amigo y yo disfrutamos muchísimo de la estancia. Zona tranquila, con el espacio suficiente para convivir dos personas y con un patio donde pasar la noche y charlar tranquilamente. La anfitriona fue genial, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros y además nos dejó una botella de Prosecco como regalo de bienvenida. Estancia y anfitriona 100% recomendables.

The apartment is in proximity to the old town of Como. The apartment has everything you need. The garage is helpful because parking around the house wouldn’t be that easy. Communication with Anna was helpful and always prompt

The accommodation was very clean and Lidia was a friendly host. She served us something different for breakfast every morning, most of it made from produce from her own garden. We felt like at home and the breakfast was a highlight every morning. She was happy to give us tips on restaurants or hiking routes in the region. As you can see on the pictures the BnB has a beautiful view where you can relax. Thank you very much for your hospitality Lidia!

Wir danken Luca und Anna für ihre großzügige Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und konnten uns aufgrund der super ruhigen Lage und dem schönen Ausblick total entspannt. Ein Paradies für Katzen - und Tierliebhaber🐈 Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft wärmstens an alle weiter, die gerne abseits vom Trubel Urlaub in der Natur machen wollen und dazu ein super leckeres Frühstück genießen möchten. 🤗

We absolutely lived our stay at Federica’s place. It has the views, history, amazingly renovated rooms. Federica and her mother made us feel right at home. There is beautiful place to walk by the water at the bottom of Cernobbio. Also an awesome hike to the adjacent town if you like that. Town of Como is also close with lots of restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommend anyone to stay with Federica, especially if you’d like to chat with locals and learn about the place.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Zwischenaufenthalt auf unserer Reise in den Süden. Paola war sehr freundlich und empfing uns in dem süßen Einraum-Appartement. Ganz fantastisch ist die Ausstattung mit wirklich allem im Bad. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet - wir konnten abends ganz bequem kochen und draußen mit Blick auf den See gemütlich essen! Außerdem hatte Paola Brot, Butter, Schinken und Käse für uns bereitgestellt sowie Wasser, Kaffee, Milch, Saft, Cacao sowie Cornflakes, Kekse und selbstgebackenen Kuchen! Dank der etwas abseitigen Lage oberhalb des Sees in einer sehr ruhigen Appartementanlage haben wir nachts auch sehr gut geschlafen. 5 Sterne und ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Paola!

Carna är den bästa värd vi träffat. Hon gav oss tydliga instruktioner, rekommenderade restauranger och besöksmål och ordnade reservationer till restauranger till oss. Hon fixade till och hemkörning av mat åt oss. Utöver det var boende i toppklass i alla delar och frukosten var helt otroligt! Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka igen!

Vi overnattede én nat hos Daniele med min kone og datter, og det var en virkelig behagelig oplevelse. Stedet var rent, hyggeligt og indrettet med sans for detaljen – vi følte os straks velkomne. Morgenmaden blev serveret af Daniele og hans kone, og det var virkelig prikken over i’et. Friske råvarer, lækker kaffe og en varm, imødekommende stemning gjorde starten på dagen helt perfekt. Vi kan varmt anbefale et ophold hos Daniele – både for par og familier. Vi ville helt sikkert komme igen!

Beautiful views from the place

It was such a great pleasure living at Ettore's place. It felt very cozy, warm and I really loved the authentic heritage of the house being 600 Years old. As an Architect, it gave a lot of inspiration living there. The balcony has great view to the lake and you hear the beautiful resonating sound of the waterfall all the time. It helps you relax and be creative. 📖🍀✨️ The breakfast was beautifully laid out in the early morning and coming in and going out was easy to explore more of Nesso. 🌻✨️💯
