The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). The house is located at the end of a dead end road, in the middle of Drøbak city center. Quiet and secluded, while it is only a two-minute walk to the "hustle and bustle". No other residents. Well-designed, small accommodation with a location close to the city center and views of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It is a 1.7 km (about 23 min) walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

The place is great for one person, but can also be suitable for 2 people for shorter stays, 2-3 days. (Note: somewhat cramped for 2 people).
