A comfortable house, full of natural light, warm and cozy, which in winter smells of burnt firewood and wet grass, and in summer of dry earth. Its location is unbeatable, as it is located in a village 10 minutes by car from Santiago and 5 minutes from Rosalía de Castro airport, with an urban bus stop a few meters away.

Rustic house reconstructed in 2015, on one floor, respecting the traditional architecture of the area, predominating stone and chestnut wood. In the living room you have a stone fireplace with a powerful pellet stove that channels hot air all around the house. The old wood-fired oven of the old house was also preserved in the lounge. The property has an interior parking area, next to the house and a large grassy meadow surrounded by native trees with an alpendre-cenador.
