Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arzúa

The house and setting are wonderful. It's a very large house, well decorated and equipped, with spectacular views. It takes very little time to get to downtown Santiago from there, by car or bus. Javier is an excellent host, very attentive and kind. We spent a few dreamy days, which leave us with a beautiful and unforgettable memory. Thank you for everything, Javier

It has a beautiful and very well kept garden. Rocio, the person who serves you on arrival to the house is super friendly, in addition to leaving you house eggs in the kitchen, a very good detail. The kitchen is modern and very good, the bedrooms are spacious, the bathroom would need a little modernization, but it is more than correct. 100% recommended

The house is very cozy, the landscapes, the tranquility, everything was great. You have to go by car to go shopping, but you get to a big town in 10 minutes. There's everything. We went with our dog, who had an amazing time. We all enjoyed it. The house has a fountain that is beautiful. There are animals (cows, goats and sheep) that are used to people in the surrounding fields and a kitten in the house that is super affectionate. We enjoyed it very much and would love to repeat.

An amazing house in an amazing place. Modern, clean, quiet and superbly equipped. Surrounded by terraced vines with world class views of the Ribeira Sacra and the Rio Miño. We loved our short stay here. It was tranquil but we also had one amazing lightning storm to experience. You can just sit and relax or use it as a base to explore. Best to get all your supplies before you get there as there is nothing in Belesar. Or you can pop into Chantada like we did. Great communication with Jose as well. A great stay

The cottage is beautiful, super cozy and with a very well used space. It has all the necessary amenities. Both the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable. Regarding the treatment received, I can only say good words, both Javier and his mother treated me wonderfully. Really a lovely place, thank you so much 💕

I really enjoyed the apartment. I was surprised as soon as I entered how tidy everything was and some books that were distributed throughout the house. Olga is a great host. She was attentive to my messages, she told me how to get to certain places and even offered to drive me the first day to the Palacio de Congresos and the bus station (I came by bus). I won't hesitate to contact her if I return to Santiago.

This is a very friendly and heart warming family. Alejandra gave us mushrooms she found in the woods, very tasteful. The house is beautiful and well equipped.

This apartment is a good choice, central, one minute from the old town, no noise, thanks to the double glazing, and equipped with everything you need, in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Very clean and well-kept, with a lot of detail. Excellent communication with the owner, very friendly and helpful. The Alvariño detail is appreciated, in addition to the basics for breakfast. Parking is available on the street, near the gate, without a problem.

What a wonderful house is it to take a rest for walkers to 'Camino de Santiago'. It has well designed classical living room and kitchen. Perfect house.

The stay went well. The check-in instructions were clear and quick! The house is top notch! It's so quiet! To rest is ideal. The house is very large , very spacious! I recommend it!

We absolutely loved the stay at Manuel and the family’s place. They welcomed our arrival at midnight, and we somehow managed with our language differences. It is a beautiful and expansive home and wonderful historical estate, blended into nature, with lots of care and attention by the owners, going back generations. If you need air conditioning and superfast WiFi throughout (well our kids wanted the latter - the WiFi worked well for a 40 min video call I had) then you will miss these things. But if you want to stay in a well cared for and otherwise modern large house, deeply connected to the landscape and the culture of Galicia, and in such close proximity to the white beaches, the fishing culture (incl. goose barnacles!), an hour from Santiago, and the pleasure of a modest pool, beautiful river, and lovely hosts, then you will be in for a treat. We are planning to return! Don’t forget to try Galician coffee liquor if you never did before!

We spent a few days at Pedro's place and felt right at home. It is a highly recommended option for large groups; we were six people and still there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house is old and spacious, with the charm of being in the middle of the countryside. We found some insects, something normal in a rural location. Upon arrival, we noticed a slight closed smell and the cleanliness was acceptable. The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable, but they are sufficient for short stays. The house is well located, close to various services such as supermarkets. We want to highlight the bakery of the village; although at first the locals may seem a little far away, they soon make you feel at home. The bread and pastry are excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Pedro's place. The surroundings and views invite you to relax and make the most of the experience.

Best house in the area. Weather was cold for our second week and we wished the pool was heated. Overall, a very good experience. Gerardo was responsive and friendly.

The villa was beautiful, spacious and very modern with amazing views. It had everything we needed and Maribel our host was very helpful and attentive. Santiago was just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this villa.

Julio has been a super friendly and attentive host, providing information of interest at all times and being flexible in this case with check-out that allowed us to take advantage of everything his house has to offer. A very fun weekend.

Fornas' house is the ideal place for a weekend to disconnect with friends. It has everything you need to be very comfortable, with plenty of space both inside and in the huge plot where it is located. Our group of friends would definitely be happy to come back!
