Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Majèle's Sanctuary

Majèle's refuge is a property located in La Chapelle Saint André, 5 km from Varzy, 45 km from Sancerre golf course, 30 km from the medieval site of Guédelon, 40 km from the Basilica of Vézelay and close to the Étang du Bourdon, Saint-Fargeau, Saint-Amand and 60 km from Nevers or Auxerre. Guests can enjoy its pond for fishing and the many hiking trails. A shelter is available for all 2-wheelers.

Need a space for the weekend, vacation or work? This place is great for families and friends/colleagues looking for tranquility. This place was a barn, but now it's been carefully renovated. Between traditional materials and modernity, this place will make you feel good and enjoy a well-equipped home. LA GRANGE can accommodate children from an early age. Dogs are also allowed.

Lieu idéal pour séjour au calme en famille ou entre amis à seulement 2 h de Paris. La maison est équipée de 4 vélos électriques ainsi que d’un bbq brasero. Nous n’acceptons pas les Fêtes, EVG et EVJF.

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
