The house is beautiful, the reception by Mr. Renato is wonderful... The downside is the distance from the asphalt to the house, but I think this is mentioned in the ad... Our bad luck was that we came in the rainy season and were afraid to go out and visit the waterfall, for fear of getting stuck... Another downside is that, because of the rain, we ran out of power around 8 p.m. until 1 a.m., but since there is an emergency lamp, we were not in the dark. There is no telephone network after leaving the city, so we are incommunicado on the road. But we rested, and apart from the rain, it was worth it!

I've been to Monte Verde several times and without a doubt this was the most complete and comfortable house I've ever stayed in. Contact with nature, breathtaking views, silence and comfort were the highlights for me. The host was excellent, answered questions and was available whenever I needed her. The house is complete, I didn't miss anything, quite the contrary, it has everything you would have in a house, it's perfect. I only have compliments about the view, the house and the respect, affection and love in the corner of this paradise. Gratitude to the hosts.

We were absolutely delighted with the stay, it was the best experience we have ever had in house rentals, all gathered in a single place, animals, vegetable garden, harvesting fresh eggs, fireplace, pit fire, barbecue lake and especially the peace that was transmitted that makes us feel the presence of God in every detail. From the moment we arrived, we noticed the host's affection and care in every detail. The power of the place is indescribable, the landscape of the mountains is simply stunning, and the lake is a spectacle apart. The connection to the animals was something very special to our son, who was completely delighted. All the animals were docile and affectionate, making the experience even more magical. The house is impeccable in all aspects: cleaning note 10, both in the kitchen and in the living room, which is cozy and decorated with very good taste. Mr. Elydio served very WELL, always tried to demonstrate, attention and commitment ,the videos he sent as Instruction helped a lot, the place is very beautiful, but the access leaves to be desired, we ended up getting rain, it was very complicated , because on the day it rained a lot, and to get to the place , the road was bad , (arriving at the property) , The downside was that the women who were in the house felt bothered by the housekeeper being around all the time, and there was a neighbor (I believe) who stood by looking at the house, even changing positions when he couldn't have a cool visualization. The very comfortable rooms, the very complete kitchen, the clean pool, the place is very interesting. To leave we also had a certain difficulty, even one of the members of our class ended up mired in a climb. The fact that the cell phone does not work anywhere and has no wifi is bad for women and children, only one operator works the signal ( of course) .

Our stay at Chácara Yporam was very good. Very kind host and the homemaker also kind and helpful. The property is well maintained and equipped. The Chácara is well-designed, with good and intelligent use of the area, diverse spaces and tasteful environments that welcome and serve guests very well. The house is very practical and it was very clean and organized. The decor is pleasant with comfortable furniture. Good bed and bath linens, all well organized and with excellent presentation. We really felt at home, everything worked well.

The house is even better than what you see in the photos! Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen and leisure area structure is separate from the house that has the rooms was a differential for us! The sensational barbecue and pisicin area! Structure that served 10 people well! We're definitely coming back! We only have to praise José and Maria for the hospitality and how they welcomed us!

Our stay was an excellent experience. The place is wonderful and the location is privileged. The view from everywhere looks like a painting. The outdoor kitchen is one of the highlights of the place. All the equipment works very well, the house is very comfortable and without a doubt it was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, everything was impeccable. It is extremely private and reserved, with cameras around the site and very quiet. Manoel was always helpful and responded very quickly to any contact. The site is very close to the center of Joanópolis, with ample commerce available, as well as an excellent dairy factory nearby. The access road is good, but with the rain, like any dirt road, it suffers from the rains. My car is low and was quite heavy, but I had no trouble driving on the road a few times. We will definitely be back to the location.

We spent a family weekend with our 2 little dogs on the farm. We took the opportunity to paddle and walk a lot And the dogs, I'm sure they were the ones who enjoyed it the most!! They ran from the time they got out of the car until it was time to go back. We were greeted by the sight of 3 neighborhood dogs who were together almost the entire time. The house is very nice and very well equipped for cooking. Nothing is missing. But the biggest highlight is the garden! very well maintained. It's delightful. For those who enjoy paddling the Jaguari reservoir, it's all good. Regina was very kind every time I needed her. We'll definitely be back. I'm already planning I leave only a few observations for those who are interested: *be careful if you are with small children. The garden has unevenness and stairs not suitable for children under 3 years old. *beware of your dogs: give them anti-tick/anti-flea treatments before going, as the region has capybaras.
