I can assure you that it has become our SPECIAL CORNER!! Second time we've been in the house and we'll definitely be back many more times. Communication is the strong point, both with the owner Daniel and with the couple of homemakers (Solange and Leandro). Everyone is very attentive !! About the place... oh we love this little piece of paradise, it's exactly like in the pictures, a lot of green area, lots of birds, contact with nature. Only venham :)

We spent a weekend in the house. All very nice, excellent! We went with children and the house is well secured, all fenced, the solid glass and a safe staircase. They were very free to play. The highlight is leisure area. Gramado clean and truly heated pool, a delight. Rodrigo, Tânia and Mariana answered us quickly, with education and were ready to answer any questions or help with some eventuality. We want to go back and we recommend it for sure!

Excellent accommodation, very beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable and cozy stay. Everything was very clean and organized in the apartment. The Condominium is also wonderful. All the time we see employees cleaning the common areas and taking care of the gardens and swimming pools. At night, everything is well lit up. Spirits singing nearby are an additional touch to the venue. Maria Carla and Rodolfo are very helpful and friendly, from the moment of the reservation until the departure of the apartment, passing all the necessary information for a quiet stay. Gustavo and Cris' cottage was a great getaway for us. Comfortable, quiet and well maintained, it made our days peaceful and hassle-free. The internet worked perfectly, allowing you to work and make video calls without interruptions. The outdoor space is great, with the pool and the barbecue that allowed us to enjoy the days without having to leave, when we didn't want to. Cris was always very available for everything and gave great tips about the city. Super recommend and we will definitely return!

All according to description and photos. Clear, airy, organized, clean environments. Got it all! All practical and functional. Our family, loved. Everyone wanting to go back. We love everything. The place is fantastic and better than the photos. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and very beautiful. Grill area and swimming pool very large and with an amazing view. The site also has a very good sauna, hammocks, sun loungers, large and cozy rooms, fireplace, and other amenities. The host was very attentive from the beginning. It was very worth it. We like it very much and we will definitely return.

Our stay was lovely. Roney, the owner of the farm, always attends to your needs. Jeferson (farm employee) gave us all the support we needed. We went with family and friends and felt at home. It was 6 days of great peace, a cozy place, spacious house, comfortable beds. Nice pool. The main house is very complete, with all the utensils, it has everything you need. The outdoor space of the house is very nice. The birds sing all day. It is very peaceful. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a delicious cake for us to have a good coffee. There is a waterfall nearby, which is very beautiful. We were very satisfied, we had a very pleasant time. We intend to return! I can only thank you! 🙏🏽✨

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this enchanting country house! The site is even more beautiful than the photos — surrounded by nature, with a super quiet atmosphere, perfect for resting and recharging. The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped and with a very good tasteful décor. Host was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to ask questions. We will definitely return!

The accommodation is perfect! Don't look for another one, you won't be disappointed. I don't think I've ever stayed in an Airbnb that was so clean, everything working so well, beautiful house, spacious rooms, well decorated. The location of the house is great, next to the little shopping mall of Juquehy, close to everything to do on foot. Just keep in mind that this corner of the beach has been the most crowded, but if it's not a holiday, it won't affect you. It has a beach hut service, the condominium is safe, well maintained, good pool, good air-conditioning in every corner of the house, good outdoor space with the barbecue, very private.

The place is very easy to access and Clélia gave us information that made it even easier to get there without error. The accommodation is very good, all very clean and preserved. The kitchen is complete and features two refrigerators and a freezer to store drinks and cool faster. Good barbecue and a great barbecue with the family. The key point is the landscape, for those who like to enjoy it, I recommend and very much stay on the balcony watching the dam just ahead, it looks like a painting of so beautiful! I and my family love our stay and intend to come back many more times!

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

Great service and great stay. The only minor nuisance were the works on the houses next door, but obviously it has nothing to do with the host or the house. We intend to go back again and again.
