It is a modern cabin located in the Delta on the Sarmiento River and Espera River, with a maximum capacity for 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room that transforms into two single beds, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a large living room, deck, wifi (not suitable for streaming or meetings), outdoor grill, garden. The property is 45 meters above the Sarmiento River. There are two decks over the river and a private dock for the occupants of the property to get on and off the property.

All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.
