Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arrone

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli nell’ alloggio di Felicita, e abbiamo apprezzato la sua simpatia, cordialità e gentilezza, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che serviva per la prima colazione caffè, latte, marmellata, fette biscottate ecc.. L’appartamento giusto per due persone era pulito e ordinato e si trova in un’ottima posizione. Consiglio a chi vuole visitare Spoleto e dintorni dí soggiornare da Felicita, noi abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto positiva.

What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

Feeruccio is a great host! The location of his apt was perfect, it was on the main square. Cafes and restaurants were right outside the door. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again.

I have only one word to describe Jo's place FANTASTIC! Beautifully clean with all the amenities you could ask for to make our holiday perfect, this also continued outside where the gardens and pool area were immaculately presented. Jo's communication was responsive never having to wait long for a reply and it was also very informative and took any worries out of travelling, the onsite manager Oscar was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in the local area and despite being held up in traffic due to a local festival Oscar waited for us to arrive and showed us all the features of the property. Hand on heart the property was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this for for couples and families alike it really does offer a great retreat either for relaxing or as a holiday base to explore the region

Andrea é un host fantastico, il soggiorno é stato impeccabile e le comunicazioni facili e tempestive, non da ultimo ha gestito alla perfezione un inconveniente creato dalla persona che soggiornava con me.

L’alloggio si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Nepi e fin dal primo momento si ha la sensazione di entrare in un posto che sa di casa. È molto pulito, ben organizzato e curato con gusto, trasmette calore e accoglienza. Alcuni dettagli, rari da trovare anche dopo anni di viaggi, fanno davvero la differenza: una collezione di vinili jazz e cantautorato italiano di qualità, un giradischi con impianto ad alta fedeltà a disposizione degli ospiti, una luce calda che accompagna ogni stanza. Tutto contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera intima, rilassata, quasi familiare. Non manca nulla: phon, saponi, prodotti monouso, tutto è pulitissimo e ben tenuto. È il tipo di posto in cui, appena entri, abbassi la voce senza accorgertene, ti togli le scarpe e ti viene voglia di restare. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, da ripetere! 😊

Una casa stupenda che ti fa sentire "a casa" per come è curata, pulita e organizzata. Gli host sono persone disponibili e di una gentilezza rara. Da consigliare nel modo più assoluto per la possibilità di giorno di raggiungere in breve i meravigliosi borghi Umbri e di sera cenare con una breve passeggiata nell'incantevole centro di Foligno.

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti come appoggio per un battesimo, ma se dovessimo tornare, la riprenderei sicuramente. Zona tranquilla, casa molto carina e ben curata, nel centro storico e molto vicina al lungo lago, Ambra molto disponibile e gentile.

Io e la mia famiglia, con due figli di dodici anni, abbiamo dormito due notti a palazzo Granaroli, location meravigliosa per chi ama immergersi nella storia senza rinunciare a qualche comfort. La vicinanza a Civita lo rende un'ottima scelta di soggiorno. Marco, in primis ma anche Alessio e Sara sono stati una presenza molto rassicurante, raggiungibili sempre. Tutto è stato perfetto! Consigliatissimo!!!

Semplicemente un posto incantevole

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Appartement ist nur 5 Minuten von dem Motodrom Vallelunga entfernt. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr neu ausgestattet. Man hat alles was man benötigt - tolle Küche, Klimaanlage und vieles mehr - Parkplatz gratis am Gelände. Alessandra ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out super easy. Wir waren bereits zum 2ten Mal in ihrem Appartement und können es nur jedem empfehlen der auf der Rennbahn in Vallelunga eine Veranstaltung hat. Gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

l'appartamento è in pieno centro ed è molto curato. Gli host sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili. Se cercate un alloggio sia per una gita romantica che per una in famiglia questo alloggio fa per voi

Una piacevole sorpresa! Con mio marito veniamo spesso qui ad Assisi e per la prima volta abbiamo alloggiato nella casa di Stefania. La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio ed è fornita di tutto l’occorrente necessario! la pulizia è impeccabile. La casa è situata in un posto strategico, infatti sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi, ma la cosa più importante è che a 100 metri si trova la basilica di santa Maria degli Angeli. Stefania e suo marito sono persone cordiali e disponibili, e sopratutto vengono incontro a qualsiasi esigenza. Sicuramente per le prossime volte, diventerà il nostro punto di riferimento!

Krisztina e Lucio sono due host meravigliosi, gentilissimi e disponibili fin dalle prime comunicazioni telefoniche, flessibili negli orari, hanno saputo consigliarci ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Eravamo in 4 amiche per un weekend e ci siamo sentite davvero coccolate! Il piccolo borgo dove si trova il casale è un luogo da cartolina, a soli 15 minuti di auto dal Lago Trasimeno e altri borghetti tipici. L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, confortevole, elegante e tradizionale.

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx
