The villa is located in the middle of the green of Valnerina, among hills of olive groves and woods of Mediterranean scrub. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 from the property. The property is equipped with a beautiful heated swimming pool open from April to October (5m×10m, 1.5m deep) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with an electric car charging station.

The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.
