Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

Spacious single rooms in a historic house in the heart of the town of Montefranco, overlooking the Nera river valley. The room is located on the upper floor of the building, and has a bathroom located on the lower floor. The room is accessed via a common area at the complete disposal of guests, with pellet stove and a sofa. A car is recommended as the town is on a hilltop a few km from Terni the main city but a bus connects daily to Terni and the train station but best to check timetable

La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
