Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arrone

We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

Feeruccio is a great host! The location of his apt was perfect, it was on the main square. Cafes and restaurants were right outside the door. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again.

I have only one word to describe Jo's place FANTASTIC! Beautifully clean with all the amenities you could ask for to make our holiday perfect, this also continued outside where the gardens and pool area were immaculately presented. Jo's communication was responsive never having to wait long for a reply and it was also very informative and took any worries out of travelling, the onsite manager Oscar was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in the local area and despite being held up in traffic due to a local festival Oscar waited for us to arrive and showed us all the features of the property. Hand on heart the property was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this for for couples and families alike it really does offer a great retreat either for relaxing or as a holiday base to explore the region

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and communications easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who was staying with me.

Wish I could rate more and 5 ⭐️s!! We arrived at Consuelo’s and were greeted with open arms and warm hospitality. We had such an amazing stay and Consuelo booked us a reservation at an amazingly delicious nearby restaurant. The place was impeccably clean and inviting. Such a great experience all around! A beautiful home that makes you feel "at home" because it's cared for, clean, and organized. Hosts are helpful people and of a rare kindness. To be recommended in the most absolute way for the possibility of reaching the wonderful villages of Umbri in short and in the evening dining with a short walk in the enchanting center of Foligno.

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

We only stayed 2 nights as a base for a baptism, but if we were to come back, I would definitely take it again. Quiet area, very nice and well-kept house, in the historic center and very close to the lakefront, Ambra is very helpful and kind.

Fantastic location near Civita du Bagnoregio. Easy instructions to check in and very flexible. Very clean and Marco was great and extremely helpful with recommendations in the local area.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Vallelunga Motodrome. The apartment is modern and very newly equipped. You have everything you need - great kitchen, air conditioning and much more - free parking on site. Alessandra is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are super easy. We have already been to their apartment for the 2nd time and highly recommend it to anyone who has an event at the racetrack in Vallelunga. Happily again!

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

A pleasant surprise! With my husband we often come here to Assisi and for the first time we stayed in Stefania's house. The house is cared for in every detail and is equipped with everything you need! The cleanliness is impeccable. The house is located in a strategic place, in fact below the house there are bars, restaurants and shops, but the most important thing is that 100 meters away is the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. Stefania and her husband are friendly and helpful people, and above all they meet any need. Surely for the next few times, it will become our point of reference!

Krisztina and Lucio are two wonderful hosts, very kind and available from the first phone communications, flexible in schedules, they were able to recommend restaurants and places to visit. We were 4 friends for a weekend and we felt really pampered! The small village where the farmhouse is located is a postcard spot, just 15 minutes by car from Lake Trasimeno and other typical villages. The apartment has every detail, comfortable, elegant and traditional.

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx
